Our subscriptions are available for flat monthly fees, without minimum contracts, which makes accessing professional graphic design a lot more accessible. And we provide each client with access to a dedicated design team, and consistent turnarounds, on a month-to-month basis. Executive Interview of Kimp.io

At Kimp, in my capacity as CEO and Co-Founder, my focus is on driving innovation and growth for the company. I’m always on the lookout for how we can optimize and streamline our processes, and build out an increasingly better user experience.
So we pivoted to become a subscription-based graphic design company. Kimp came together in 2018 and was launched in early 2019. Soon after launching, we began serving clients around the world, spanning a wider range of industries than we had ever worked with.
The common denominator for our clients is that they have recurring graphic design needs, but they don’t have the capacity to constantly be onboarding designers. In some cases, budget constraints are also an issue. Which is what makes it so rewarding for us to be able to provide them with a solution.
This way our clients get much more for less, and the versatility to be able to get a wider range of designs to be completed. For instance, our Kimp Graphics includes custom illustrations and landing page designs, which are often expensive add-ons from other service providers.
To ensure that we cater to our customer’s needs and requirements we offer a free trial so that prospective clients can test out the service to see if it’s the right fit for them. It also serves as a free onboarding period to allow clients to get used to working with their dedicated design team. Our customer experience team also monitors client accounts on an ongoing basis and proactively reaches out to clients to ensure that the service is meeting their needs. Or to propose solutions if it’s not.
The other part is what we see ourselves doing more of in the next 10 years. That is, creating more opportunities for aspiring designers. I know that getting exposure to digital marketing early on and learning how to design were game-changers for me. And creating opportunities for aspiring designers to be trained, and to work as designers, in regions that lack them, is definitely a goal for Kimp. The design has played a transformative role in my life, my team’s life, and in our client's lives. We want to keep paying that forward.
In the longer run, we also want to continue to innovate and create design solutions that are increasingly intuitive and easy for our clients to navigate. We see an increasing need for this, as companies around the world have shifted to working remotely during the pandemic. There is only going to be an increasing need for tools and software that are agile enough to support them going forward. And we’re very much so invested in meeting that need.
