Since launching of Showmax platform in Poland until the last day of its presence on the market, we had been responsible for the creation and execution of the communication between the brand and the client. We had developed workflows and key performance indicators for multichannel notifications using various touchpoints.
Mobile-focused multichannel communications
We had been creating and sending multichannel activating notifications based and targeted upon user's activities.
Personalized workflows were based upon synchronization of notifications sent via:
The project scope for direct communications
We accompanied the platform's users journey on every stage, implemented workflows for onboarding, activation, winback and anti-churn...
We have been recommending the best strategies for using direct tools for specific purposes (i.e. increasing numbers of downloads of mobile app).
We had prepared and targeted the promotional content keeping the user up to date with the premiere movies from their favourite genres.
We had been creating system e-mails instructing Showmax users how to use the platform and its functions.
We had created automated, triggered notifications as well as real-time-marketing content sent in just a few hours after coming up with the idea spawning it.
Product Lifecycle Management is a software that enables our client to create clothing collections from A to Z. Between A and Z are all the processes from the discussions about the collections, through conceptual and technical design, sourcing to all the way to the production of a final physical product.
As a team responsible for a complete design, project management, and front-end development of the new interface, we were teamed with backend developers on our client’s end. We specify the requirements for the API endpoints and discussing them with the team on our client’s side. The result is a modern, well-structured product that works swiftly, is made without compromising on user satisfaction and richness of the UI. The team claims it’s “exactly what they imagined” and that they “love it”. We’re really proud of ourselves and excited to further develop the extensive solution.

Using a mobile phone while driving is a common problem, resulting in 1.5 million collisions in the United States.
The problem is particularly relevant for young, new drivers. With This App Saves Lives (TASL) app, they are motivated to put their mobile device away and focus on the road, improving driving safety.
For driving time spent "behind the wheel without distraction" with the screen turned off or the TASL application running "on top", the user receives points that can be exchanged for prizes at program partners (online or at stationary shops) - discounts or free products. Making phone calls or listening to music with the screen turned off does not block the counter.
We developed a website for DEKADA, the Polish chain of convenience shopping centers. It contains essential information for the potential investors and companies renting premises in DEKADA's shopping centers. Additionally, we created separate websites for every shopping mall, allowing their customers to stay up to date with promotions and events, search for a favorite shop and find it on an interactive map. All web pages can be managed through a dedicated CMS, which makes it possible to customize and edit the content.
This mobile app is a tool supporting order management in a company offering multimedia services. It gives all employees constant access to the list of ongoing tasks, enabling them to mark their completion or change the status while taking into account current time and position (by using GPS). As a result, a dispatcher can optimize the workload of every technician and assign new tasks accordingly.
For all the running enthusiasts out there, we prepared a mobile app which can be used to access information about running events in their neighborhood. A functional map not only makes it really easy for anyone to find an event for themselves, but also allows them to learn about the route, the localization, and the distance. Apart from the app, we have also created two versions of a logo, high fidelity mockups, and a graphic design for a web version of the calendar, which became accessible to all the runners.
For skiers and fans of other winter sports, we created a guide to Polish, Czech, and Slovak resorts. The app includes information on weather conditions and maps. A description of each resort is enriched by a gallery, details about lifts and slopes, and a live webcam feed. The app uses an integrated API which makes it possible to download data about the resort and weather conditions from several sources at the same time.
An easy to use app with advanced features, allowing users to manage restaurants and raise the quality of service. Quality of service was the main goal here, which is why the app has two sections: one focused on clients and one made for organizing the team’s work. The restaurateur can prepare guests’ profiles which include their specific preferences. Thanks to that each client can feel the personal touch.
The main aim of the founders of the American Clinic Warsaw was to create a place in which patients from all around the world would feel safe and comfortable. English speaking staff and translated documentation, a designated nurse, and a carer – those things made it possible. Our aim was to create a website as welcoming as the clinic itself, a website which the customers would want to come back to. An easy interface, responsive design, real photographs of doctors working in the clinic, and simple navigation made that happen.
When it comes to business relations, it is crucial to make a good first impression and not to be forgotten. Coffee app is one of the most creative and innovative ways to present someone a very special business card. Each client has its own account that allows him or her to get everyday free coffee at any Starbucks using a simple QR code. The system administrator can manage numbers or time limits of gifts, not to allow anyone to take an advantage of your generosity. The application gives clients an easy way to contact an appropriate representative directly using phone, SMS or email, so each caffeine dose makes your new deal more likely.
“Wyzwania HR” is a name of periodic conferences dedicated to HR, which take place in different Polish cities. We prepared a website, which features information on the conferences, as well as news from the industry, expert articles, as well as current and previous “Kompendium HR” issues. Our aim was to create a simple website which would not only become a source of knowledge about HR, but also encourage people to take part in conferences both as participants and speakers.
Pracuj Group regularly issues “Kompendium HR” - a publication for everyone in the recruitment industry. It provides information about recruitment itself, HRM, personal development, and education, while also presenting the newest HR trends and interesting cases. We created a responsive website which allows users to download both current and previously published issues. Among its strengths are an interesting way of presenting the content and an easy navigation, which allows users to find articles quickly.
Is it possible to plan and coordinate all merchandising activities with just one app? That was exactly the idea our client had. The app is the first of a kind system supporting marketing operations.
Our aim was to create a loyalty program connecting two well-known brands, Wedel and PAYBACK, in order to enable the users to combine points from both systems. It was created for all shops which sell Wedel products - thanks to the connection with PAYBACK’s API, it was possible to add points from those products to the ones collected in the PAYBACK program. It then made it easier to exchange them for rewards.
For a pharmaceutical company Teva, we created a conference management software. The aim was to create an app which could be used during multiple events.
We have created Webcon for both the managers and the employees. It enables fast, safe and controlled document flow, improving communication within a company. The app makes it possible to hand over, confirm, and co-create project documents, as well as create schedules, assign tasks and monitor them. It works on Android, iOS, and Windows Phone.
We created a loyalty programme which aimed at supporting sales representatives by encouraging them to compete with one another. This responsive platform included several levels of access and permission. Sales representatives could collect points, monitor their scores, and check the results of other participants. An administrator, on the other hand, could browse those scores and generate reports.
PAYBACK is a program based mainly on solid arguments and rational thinking – when doing your everyday shopping, you collect points which you can later exchange for rewards (and thus actually save money). In such circumstances, a need to add a dash of fun into this perfectly rational world arose. Especially since the aim of the project was to engage its participants and to emerge in this new, yet very popular area – mobile games.
We’ve created Punktołap, an arcade game with more than 20 levels. The game is seemingly simple – points are falling from pipes and a player has to catch as many as possible. Each player can register with his or her PAYBACK number to save the score and be a part of a global ranking. In the early stages, players could have won real PAYBACK points – collectively 40,000 each month.
Our aim was to create a mobile app for oncologists, which would facilitate the diagnosis process. The app uses PALG 2013 algorithm. Doctors log in with an access code and put in three pieces of information about the patient: the start date of a treatment, PH+, and RQ-PCR. The result is shown both as a grade and in form of a chart.
Haddad Brands is an American company that designs, manufactures, promotes and distributes children’s wear of the most iconic brands in the world (Nike, Jordan, Converse, Hurley and Levi’s) in 42 countries. We were asked to design its new corporate website since the former one didn’t quite match the company’s image and standards. We created it from scratch, in order to present Haddad Brands in the best and the most modern way possible.
Rookie USA offers a collection of iconic brands (such as Nike, Converse, Levi’s®, Jordan or Hurley), with an emphasis on children’s apparel, accessories, and footwear. The website does not only present the stores, but also other promotional activities revolving around the brand - fashion shows featuring kids of famous celebrities or charity initiatives. A modern graphic design reflects the brand identity and introduces all important details in a straightforward manner. The website is managed through a dedicated CMS, which makes it easier to change and update its content.
SharesInside is a Swiss FinTech that offers the investors a direct channel of communication with listed companies. Although the first version of the platform was created much earlier, we were asked to transform the Mobile & Web application to meet the needs and expectations of its users.
PostPro is a mobile app that allows restaurant-goers to get discounts at their favorite places by sharing their experiences with their social media followers. Launched in 2019 in Milan, Italy, PostPro is a nice mix of a mobile-centric loyalty scheme and an affiliate program.
IdeaFaktor24 mobile application means having fast access to your financial products, anywhere in the world and at any time. Logging into your account has never been so intuitive - the application allows you to authorize it by PIN code or graphic symbol. The application allows you to add a graph showing the current state of your products to the log-in page. You can also easily add an invoice with its picture and documentation.
A mobile app, which allows you to scan codes from Olimp Labs packages, add points to your account and exchange them for prizes. All Olimp Premium Club program in your hand!
In addition, you can find a catalog of prizes and order them anytime you want. Besides, all the places where you can buy Olimp Labs products are listed on the map, and you can easily use the navigation to get to the nearest store.
With AgroDeal app, you can quickly add and browse ads for renting agricultural equipment.
The application is a mobile stock market for agricultural services, which allows you to quickly find interesting offers and contact the advertiser. Submit your ad and get instant access to answers from interested parties.
TurnWise 4 Motorsport is a mobile app made to satisfy the needs of motorsport.
T4M is used to get more familiar with a rally route and define a curve angle more easily, precisely and consistently. Data from the sensor allow the app to calculate a steering angle and adjust it, according to a driver's preferences.
A smartphone-controlled IoT device for your car, created in the transparent technology spirit.
The task was to create a secure and easy app integrated with Loxet, a smartphone-controlled proximity lock, anti-theft protection, and car-sharing device. The main challenge was to keep the app as transparent as possible, and not to allow anyone to intercept or break the access to the car.
As usual, the KISS imperative helped. The solutions for the two main challenges can be described in one word each. Transparent = hands-free. Secure = offline. And so we did. We tackled iOS limitations to activate the lock swiftly and just by using proximity. We designed the key transfer security architecture so that the key is always encoded, only on the user’s device. And that is always. Even when users share the car by sending the permissions via SMS, e-mail or QR code.
We now have a swiftly working, beautiful app operating on iOS and Android devices that allows people to share the car for a period of time or cyclically. It serves as a proximity lock and protects the car by blocking the ignition when the user is not near the car. The app is a core element of the product and, most importantly, it saves time and attention. It does not engage the users - they actually rarely have to do anything. It just works. It's transparent. We love it.
About the project
To eliminate bad judgment calls in tennis, various systems, and tools that track the ball's trajectory and calculate when it hits the court surface have been developed. The only issue here is that such advanced technology is available only at the highest level of competition. iChallenge is a mobile app that can easily change that, allowing everyone to have their virtual umpire.
When developing the app, we actually had to face a number of challenges. The biggest issue was a low capacity of mobile devices - a smartphone has to allow the app to carry out some advanced calculations, in order to decide whether the ball was in or out. Although the field of image analysis is still widely researched by scientists, our team had to do their own research in a short amount of time. We faced some difficulties in UX design as well since we had to make it obvious how to set it up and use the app in just a few steps.
Our team was constantly brooding their knowledge of image processing and analysis, as we encountered some of the problems for the first time in our careers. We devoted a significant amount of time to the court calibration, detecting humans on the court, as well as identifying a tennis ball on every single video frame. In order to explore the best solutions, we turned to the university professors, who supported the project with their knowledge and expertise. A careful and in-depth analysis of all problems allowed us to use advanced algorithms while avoiding unnecessary workload for the developers.
This is how iChallenge was created. The app enables precise line calling on any tennis court, and thus decides whether the ball was really in or out. After a proper setup, iChallenge records and monitors your game. If the situation is unclear, you can stop the game and let the app be the judge. Based on image analysis and data gathered, it will make the right decision. It’s already available for iOS, and soon will ready for Android as well.
