Who we are

Kiwop is an AI, software development, and growth marketing agency serving clients across Europe and the US. We unite senior engineers, marketers, and analysts to build AI-powered products, fast and secure platforms, and growth programs tied to clear business outcomes.

What we do & how we work

We begin with stakeholder interviews and audits (technology, analytics, SEO, performance). We define goals and KPIs, prototype UX/UI, validate with user feedback or A/B tests, and ship in sprints. Every release includes QA plus performance and accessibility checks. Tracking is implemented from day one with dashboards so decisions are evidence-based, not opinion-based.

• Applied AI: AI agents, chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLM integration and LLMOps, AI compliance (EU AI Act).
• Websites & platforms: WordPress and Drupal as our core CMS; custom development with Symfony/Laravel and React.
• E-commerce: Magento and Shopify with conversion-oriented UX, payments, integrations, and data layers.
• SEO & Content: technical SEO, information architecture, WPO, and content strategy focused on qualified demand.
• Growth & Experimentation: CRO, funnels, VWO-driven A/B testing, landing pages, email and automation.
• Paid Media: SEM and Social Ads aligned with pipeline quality and ROI.

Methods & tools

Scrum/Kanban, AI-assisted engineering with Claude Code, Git-based CI/CD, GA4/Looker Studio, HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator; design in Figma. We use reusable components and document processes so teams can operate without vendor lock-in.
