We were at an early stage with our idea to build a solution for small teams to onboard and build a carrier learning track. With our own team, it was hard to build. We never faced the challenge to build a solution that stands with modern design and user experience. I was looking for solution to be more focused on business, not development. It was a full cycle project from early ideas, market research, design concepts, choosing the very first features, architecture that can work stable and development stack that could be easily supported.
