We were at an early stage with our idea to build a solution for small teams to onboard and build a carrier learning track. With our own team, it was hard to build. We never faced the challenge to build a solution that stands with modern design and user experience. I was looking for solution to be more focused on business, not development.

It was a full cycle project from early ideas, market research, design concepts, choosing the very first features, architecture that can work stable and development stack that could be easily supported.

It's a Saas platform for a company to land its learning culture. I started with a raw idea and had a strategy but didn't have a strong design and technical partner to build the product.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Quality - they are crazy in delivering market ready product

Tech nerds - up to date tech stack. They choose technology wisely not to overspend budget.

Design - every one of my users said that end design is perfect

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Might be a bit more communication in the process. But we managed that in the very begininning.
