There is very little to critique, but during the initial onboarding, the deep dive into our internal technical documentation took a bit longer than anticipated. However, this turned out to be a benefit, as it ensured the team had a flawless grasp of our systems before writing a single line of code, which ultimately prevented any mid-project revisions.
Minor delays in implementing small iterative updates during peak phases, though they were always addressed and resolved professionally.
There is very little to criticize; if anything, more frequent proactive suggestions for future innovation beyond the initial scope would make an already excellent service even better.
