With a focus on B2C and an association with Krish since 2018, they needed to kick things up to the next level. Krish planned and executed a migration from Magento 1 to Adobe Commerce for Nestlé® Water’s UAE, Bahrain, Lebanon, Egypt and Pakistan regions’ e-Stores while supporting their day-to-day operational needs and getting the migration of three markets underway.

Nestlé® Pure Life®, formerly Nestlé® Waters, believes in delivering pure bottled drinking water to its customers just affordable prices at a click away, but the outdated eCommerce platform was creating ripples.

They needed an up-to-date eCommerce platform. Leveraging the latest Magento version upgrade could integrate intricate customizations and handle their B2C business through and through. The Magento experts at Krish followed the holy grail to build a strategy to help the client enhance their business manytimes over.

Upgrading the Quality of Water, Upgrading the Quality of Life

For a superior eCommerce platform, Krish performed a version upgrade from Magento 1 to Adobe Commerce. The synchronization between the ERP and the Magento platform was optimized for handling issues like updating real time orders, payment details, character limit in CyberSource, and much more. The end-to-end customer journey enhancement reduced the bounce rate significantly.

Krish also provided Nestlé® Waters with a 24x7x365 functioning dedicated team to support the system. Seven other eCommerce stores were developed and deployed by Krish in just one year for Lebanon, Pakistan, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt and Saudi Arabia along with the launch and implementation of a mobile application for the UAE, Bahrain, Lebanon and Egypt market while the same for the others are still in progress.

The company has been with us since 2021, considering Krish’s expertise in handling B2B and B2C migrations effortlessly. It approached Krish with a requirement to migrate from Magento 1 to Adobe Commerce Magento 2 platform using Weltpixel theme integration and design integrations.

Krish gave a hearing ear to the challenges faced by the client before the solution implementation. Then, the team brainstormed and formulated a bespoke strategy to cater to these issues that circumferenced store performance, UI/UX, and plans to expand commerce by the client.

Krish’s team of eCommerce enablers devised a well-structured plan to make the migration as seamless as possible. The tailored eCommerce skeleton was the first step to surpassing the above-mentioned hurdles. The team used Weltpixel theme integration to give the online store a new and refreshing look. The next was to migrate the store from Magento open source version 1.9.3.0 to Adobe commerce cloud version 2.4.3. Then, the team suggested integrating analogous extensions for the Magento 2 commerce cloud platform to render a better functional experience for the customers.

The mega menu navigation structure was given a facelift by removing unnecessary links. The custom-developed feature was replicated on the existing platform to the Magento 2 cloud platform via rigorous customization. Finally, ingratiation of Social media Sign-in and Sign-up with Google and Facebook were enabled to enhance the customer experience further.

Hamleys had an aim to simplify their processes in and out. Krish began with a rigorous code audit to discover bugs, security breaches and offered a version upgrade. Additionally, our experts suggested the toy giant with a simplified and effective integrated event-booking system to deliver engaging virtual & hybrid events while garnering valuable insights from the attendees.

Then, we worked on giving Hamleys a seamless dropship vendor integration to allow other vendors to sell products on its website. With a set flow of orders, it was time to help them manage their ERP connectivity with their inventory to ensure a smoother order flow sync. Due to a heavy influx of customers, Hamleys required an elevated level of checkout, payment, and shipping processes from same-day to custom shipping methods and an EMI option. Team Krish helped the brand by devising a visually pleasing theme, improved site performance, and overall SEO content optimization strategy.

Hamleys carries a huge reputation for being the best in the world, and team Krish took that seriously. We began by offering Magento 2 Cloud capabilities to build a feature-rich eCommerce platform and implemented Algolia as a search platform to help users find and navigate easily. While this ran successfully, we implemented Microsoft D365 to manage their ERP. Plus, an integrated event booking system helped Hamleys manage its hybrid & virtual events well.

Further, we integrated their vendor system as well as GFS checkout for both - next-day and named-day shipping methods. Team Krish also leveraged Klarna with an EMI option to bring in an easy option of EMIs for the customers. With that, we also helped the brand with 3rd party ticketing system for customer queries and enabled auto address fill-up with geolocation. On the customer-facing aspects, we utilized high-performing platforms such as Mailchimp and Salesforce to reach en masse with email marketing tactics for the brand.
