Legal Document Assistant (LDA), often a paralegal, is authorized to prepare legal documents without an attorney’s supervision. Our services are often utilized by people who represent themselves or who don’t need legal advice but do need legal documents prepared. We are a team of paralegals and LDAs who are registered and bonded in Sacramento County to prepare legal documents. Because we are not lawyers, we cannot offer legal advice or represent you in court.
