Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
Our team is a group of highly motivated and skilled individuals with the primary target of expressing our unique and creative solutions relating to b2b list building, web research, data entry, and lead generation to the business organization.
What is the story behind starting this company?
I started with freelancing on Upwork. I have a strong desire to develop my own company and I have devoted a great of effort and time in order to achieve my goal. I even work during weekends to make sure all my tasks are met. Someone said that if you have your own business, you need to live in your business. For me, that is very true. My goal is 100% client satisfaction, and I always try to find and test the best solution for projects that can give my clients the best result. Woking hard to long-term cooperation with every client I start to invite the team to my company and now we are happy to call Leading Solution.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
When we first started our business, my wife and I were the ones who did the work to build the family business. Over time, we got more and more projects, so we began to recruit new team members. At first, we tried to outsource this work; however, the quality of the outsourced work was not as we expected. That was when we decided to start building an in-house team. We train our team members in the office and then offer them the option to work from home.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
The market for Lead Research, List Building, and Lead Generation is very competitive. Different companies offer different ranges of prices. We chose not to work with low prices. Instead, we work on building high-quality service. We combine intelligent research with tools that help us to find any information of the best quality. Clients don’t want to waste their time formatting lists or any information that we provide; hence, we deliver all the data and information accurately and ready for use. We also take pride in our flexibility. We are always ready for any urgent work, so clients feel better to work with us, knowing that we always make it all in time. We make sure that we stand out among our competitors by always leveling up the quality of services we provide.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Before the C-19 outbreak, we were working closely with the real estate industry. However, times have changed, and we are now working with fintech, consulting, education, marketing, IT, and many others. In short, we cater to clients from various industries. We have clients that we have worked with for 4 -5 years. Moreover, we have a great ratio of clients whom we have worked with continuously. Some of these clients have used our services to complete more than 20 projects recurrently.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
List Building and Lead Research – this is our top service. These services have a lot of names, which include Data Research, B2B List Building, Prospect List, Data Mining, etc. All of these have just about the same result.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
According Upwork stats, we have a 100% satisfaction rate. First, the most important thing is to understand client’s needs, we need to know what they want and what they expect of our work. So when our clients ask us for help with research, we do our best to make it in the best way possible to make the projects successful. That is why we offer free test work, so our clients can be sure that they will get what they need.
Communication and hard work are the main instruments that help combine clients' ideas and successful result.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We offer 24/7 service. Our main research office is based in Ukraine, so the main research work is done in European time but we aim to reply to queries as fast as we can.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
The payment structure is varied. It’s can be hourly or fixed – all according to the project.
We propose payments that will be better to our clients according to their projects. Overall, we recommend the best payment structure to best suit our clients’ needs and help them save a lot of money.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We work with projects with various ranges of budgets, as long-term cooperation can start with a small project. Saying this, we prefer if we are made aware at the beginning of the project is going to be long-term as these are more preferable than one-time projects. However, we consider one-time projects as well.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
In 2020, we have catered to projects with budgets ranging from $25 to $10000.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Currently, we are starting to add a new service which is Link Building, and we don’t stop on this. In the future, we hope to provide a full cycle of lead generation solutions for our clients.
