hey were extremely helpful; they came up with some good ideas to streamline the user flow.

I walked them through our standard onboarding process, which was done using PowerPoint slides. Then, I also walked them through a partially complete configuration tool as a reference point for how we wanted our users to onboard. Using that information, they used Figma to design the platform and everything was successful, then we proceed to have a website for the software which is currently ongoing.

We were referred to Leznit, so we hired Leznit Software to design the user flow for customer onboarding. Right now, our onboarding process is manual, but we’re building software that would help us customers to onboard automatically.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The team moved their schedules around so they could begin working on our project quickly. As a result, they were able to complete the sprint quickly. They were extremely helpful; they came up with some good ideas to streamline the user flow.
