Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
At Linnify we nurture and grow bold ideas able to shape the future for the better. We believe that technology and innovation can simplify and improve our lives by bridging the gap between science, business, and human lifestyle.

We developed a full suite of services in order to achieve market success for any life-changing idea: an end to end product development and market placement, clean and intuitive design that attracts users and keeps them engaged, software development that combines frontend and backend to make the ‘ends’ meet and targeted marketing mix that correctly positions products in front of the right audience.

As a co-founder and CEO, my main role and focus are to help innovators, entrepreneurs, and business leaders find the most suitable solution for their vision. By working closely with them I learn more about the problem they want to solve and gain a better understanding of their user's needs. Put simply, I am the go-to person at Linnify for everyone who is looking to bring their idea to the market with the help of technology.
What is the story behind starting this company?
I think our story is like a good classic. We were young college friends, full of great dreams who got lucky enough to find the necessary drive and focus to put them into a coherent vision. Initially, it was just the three of us. Our ‘trigger project’ was a delivery app for groceries, which we sold to a bigger developer in the industry who was better positioned on the market. This is how we started Linnify. Shortly, we began to enjoy the process of making things happen and got obsessed with innovative ideas that bring positive change. To be more specific, Linnify started out in 2016 and keeps growing. Today, we are surrounded by brilliant experts in tech, design, and marketing who help us go in the right direction and keep the momentum. Our team is qualified in developing full-stack products, rapid prototyping, UX/UI, and digital solutions to enable a go-to-market strategy. To date, we have launched several startups ourselves and delivered end-to-end outstanding products that really speak our customers’ end user's minds.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We develop end-to-end software products. Authenticity is a key ‘inside-out’ value. For that, our main belief is that we need to build a strong internal team and gather more experts sharing similar values. We really want to see our values reflected on the projects we deploy. We are structured in specific departments. Our approach is Agile friendly and we adapt to each project's needs. Depending on the organizations we work with, we choose one Agile framework or another. We have experience working with the Waterfall model too, even if we strongly recommend Agile. We prefer working in small increments - with multiple iterations and deliverables - as we are focused on high-value delivery management. Developing a trust-based relationship with our clients and constant communication with the Product Owners are essential in increasing the rate of success. Especially when developing complex products.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our main offering is end-to-end software products: we pick up ideas and build them from the ground up with a focus on users’ needs and experience. We don't only stay on top of the latest trends in technology and design, but we also build products and prepare them for the go-to-market stage. We go above and beyond from sketching an idea to placement on the right market.

Our main drive is the solutions’ and products’ success and seeing our clients thrive and grow. Even if we position ourselves as a technology development company, we offer a comprehensive business strategy that helps our clients create an impact.

We also actively promote an inclusive and open-minded working style. This specifically speaks to the kind of people we know who align with our core values and it attracts the clientele that shares our vision for innovation. I could probably talk about the outcomes of our projects so far, or the work ethics we manifest in all our collaborations, but I truly believe that the defining characteristic is the authentic atmosphere we create and the feeling that Linnify is really a playground for team play.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Our main focus is to simplify life through innovation. We develop projects which have a meaningful impact in the world, projects that dare to bring change and make life better. We organically move towards Life sciences, Health, well-being, Biotech, and Education. But we also have a strong drive in changing the way we experience life so we look into IT, Telco, IoT, Smart mobility, Security, Travel and experiences and Retail.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
We offer the full range of services implied by our status as a software company: from concept design, prototyping, project management to software development, product branding, and go-to-market advisory. Our day-to-day clients look for the full package of services.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Until the date we got only positive feedback from the clients we worked with and they rated us with high scores. One of the key steps is setting the scene at the beginning of each project. We establish the main stakeholders of the project and assign a Product Owner on the client’s end to better understand the needs of the product on the market, then we gather the business requirements. The Product Owner is the stakeholder deciding the priorities within each sprint and what needs to be done. On our end, the Project Manager is communicating with our design and development team to ensure the deliverables are set correctly.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We like to make the client part of the process. Of course, not in an unnecessary kind of way, but in every stage of the process where their input is key in understanding which way we could go forward. So yes, communication in all its forms we are capable of, is the main support system we offer. We create weekly reports, recurrent demos and collect feedback via meetings and also surveys.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone, Time & Material, FTE.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
The minimum requirement we have worked on was 5.000 USD.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Between 10.000 USD and 200.000 USD, depending on the industry, technology, the scope of work, and timing.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
One of our 3 core values is vision, so we spend a good amount of our creative energy on constructively speculating the look and feel of the future: the future of the world, where we stand in the progress, what are the things we can anticipate and what is the element of surprise. In 10 years time I wish we could grow into an evolved version of what we are today, but keep the core identity very much alive and most importantly never lose the sense of team unity.

In terms of projects, I would like Linnify to be part of 10 years of innovation: in partnership with clients representing the key industries we have the potential to impact and with at least one in-house project to become a more clear signature of ours.

Review Summary

We are a small business working with emergency doctors to deliver first aid courses into our community. We needed to educate our clients in order to make them aware of the importance of basic medical knowledge and first aid. So we did, thanks to our professional website and impactful branding. Linnify took care of everything we needed to pass our view through local and national community and deliver our message: logo, style, colours, media, message. Top notch! It really is a pleasure working with these guys. Communication was the key, availability to talk through every issue was delivered, skills to make it happen and there you have it.
