TheaterWorksUSA creates exceptional, transformative theatrical experiences that are accessible to young and family audiences in diverse communities throughout New York City and North America.

Challenge:

Transform an obsolete group ordering process into a functional and independent eCommerce solution.

TheaterWorksUSA uses Patron Manager (or third party solution) in conjunction with Salesforce to manage their box office, sales and marketing initiatives. During the COVID 19 pandemic, part of their box office solution became obsolete and no longer supported, thus eliminating their group ordering sales channel which attributes to 90% of their business. TWUSA partnered up with LockData to provide a scalable solution that seamlessly integrates with their public website and Salesforce.

Approach:

After thorough discovery, including a deep dive into TWUSA’s Salesforce org, the structure and architecture of the group ordering process was assessed. From there, it was on to planning and implementing a scalable solution that would integrate with both TWUSA’s public website and Salesforce.

Results:

LockData successfully planned and built an eCommerce solution that allows users to easily and securely make group ticket purchases, across web and mobile devices. The solution allows for the synchronization of orders and data between systems, making it easy for TWUSA to track orders and manage data within Salesforce.

One of Northeast Ohio’s brightest cultural gems, Playhouse Square is a not-for-profit performing arts center whose mission is presenting and producing a wide variety of quality performing arts, advancing arts education and creating a destination that is a superior location for entertainment, business and residential living, thereby strengthening the economic vitality of the region.

Challenge:

Improve upon current data management practices which result in inconsistencies at the time of extraction, leading to loss of data and inaccurate records. The goals is to also integrate with Salesforce & Eloque to streamline data and source of truth management.

Approach:

After thorough examination and evaluation of their current processes, LockData discovered where the data disparities were occurring. Using the AudienceView Unlimited API, we were able to write a web service that extracts data from available business intelligence reports. This data is then delivered via SFTP where it is consumed and inserted into both Eloqua and Salesforce.

Results:

Direct integration between AudienceView Unlimited, Eloqua, and Salesforce allows data to be shared cohesively between sales, marketing, and CRM platforms creating a seamless experience for Playhouse Square’s sales and marketing teams.

Challenge:

To streamline the content creation process using a connector that would form a conduit between AudienceView and Hanover Theatre’s public website and make the website better from a UI/UX perspective.

Approach:

After careful review of the public website and our deep understanding of AudienceView’s API, we reimagined the content creation process by developing a plugin that would connect to AudienceView API and pull relevant data into the CMS upon request. In addition, accessibility, language and many core updates to the website needed updating.

Reults:

Eliminating dual data entry has streamlined the content creation process, thus giving precious time back to the Hanover team so they can focus on other, more important aspects of their business. The website is now accessible, loads fast and is intuitive and responsive across devices.
