I was searching for quite a while to find a good not too expensive e-commerce - email marketing automation combination. For some years I went with Woocommerce/Active Campaign. Despite the plugin connecting Woocommerce with Active campaign had not more than just the basic features it went very well. My email list was growing fast. That's where the problems started. The costs of hosting – email marketing rise almost exponentially when you are successful. The moment I got real traffic to my website I was doomed. Expenses rose much faster than income.
