They are unique in that they provide a solution-based approach where they see your project as an extension of their team. Rather than just assigning resources and backing away, they assure that they are engaged from project planning all the way through the QA process. They may not be the least expensive, but they are the best because they provide much more than just "developers".

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Not really. We had a time or two where we had some communication issues. These were however worked through immediately when they were brought to the attention of the team. They continually strive to assure we have a very good working relationship and are looking for ways to always improve it.

This was done 24/7, which helped us not having to worry about missing out on potential customers when we were out of office

From the first meeting, we seemed to share a vision for how to apply our ideas and develop the bot for such a huge brand. They gave us an estimate that was significantly less than what we had been looking at elsewhere.

The bot was a huge success for our client, and they saw a meteoric rise in interactions with their users. The marketing campaign was ROI positive due to the chatbot which helped engage multiple users on the Messenger platform and connect with the brand.

We had one person from their sales team who was our single point of contact. He worked with the chatbot team for our project. We found that to be effective, as we only had to communicate our ideas to one person.

They completed the project very quickly and in 2 weeks our chat bot was up and running. I was impressed by the speed of development.
