Mayfair Digital Agency, which I co-founded with Dr. Murat Dagitmac, is a leading digital marketing company focusing on social media, SEO, and digital strategy. As Team Leader, ADS & SEO, and Marketing Director, my role is to guide our strategic vision and ensure excellence across all our services.

What is the story behind starting this company?

Mayfair Digital Agency was born from the combination of academic innovation and practical industry insight. Mr. Murat is someone who has accomplished academic work in the field of Marketing and Graphics. I am a person who came from the direct marketing, SEO, and digital media industry with 15 years of experience. Dr. We met Murat at a seminar attended by hundreds of people. We were both keynote speakers at this seminar. After that fall, our friendship grew in the United Kingdom and together we founded Mayfair Digital. This represents a deep understanding of the market needs combined with my background in digital media. The aim was to create a digital marketing firm that not only excels at providing world-class services but also leverages the passion and expertise of its team. This blend of knowledge and enthusiasm is at the core of our company's identity.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

We prioritize responsive and effective customer support. Our support system includes dedicated account managers for each customer, ensuring personalized attention and quick resolution of queries and issues. We prefer WhatsApp for fast and easy communication. We also offer regular communication through emails, calls, and meetings, as well as from our online teammates at many different times of the day for urgent matters. Our goal is to maintain a clear line of communication to meet the customer's needs quickly and efficiently.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

We generally have Pay-per-feature and Fixed Cost payment models.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

This varies depending on the job and the agreement. We usually don't do this. But we try to cooperate in projects that we believe in and that have a basic budget.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2022?

A lot has changed since 2022. Especially costs. We currently offer services for a minimum of £1750 per month. This varies depending on the work to be done. For example, if it is an e-commerce business, the workload is more, so the price varies.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

In the next 10 years, I envision Mayfair Digital Agency as a leader in the global digital marketing landscape. We aim to expand our geographical footprint, venturing into new markets and diversifying our client base. Technological innovation will be at the forefront of our growth, integrating emerging trends like AI and data analytics into our services. We also foresee a significant expansion in our service offerings, possibly venturing into emerging digital realms.
