First I needed him to migrate the website from WebFlow to WordPress and that was done incredibly fast with very little oversight. Once the site was live again, he started working on the complete re-design. He has been completing his projected timeline quicker than discussed. He has almost finished and I can say that I could not have found a better fit for this job. I am going to be keeping him on as I am going to need continuous new pages designed. Our job was to create a responsive WordPress website for an online pharmacy.

The website was built using Gutenberg, a custom WordPress development theme..We have to customize a WooCommerce with lots of exclusive features: Questionnaire, Zoho CRM integration, WooCommerce variable product, Cart customization, checkout process, Royal Mail integration, redirections, a full list of SEO requirements, etc.

Our task was to create a responsive website from scratch for an Enterprise Drone Insights firm using WooCommerce. We make a whole scope of work from creating a design, to further Seo optimization and website maintenance. 

• Introduction

Our team worked on improving the site's usability. We have optimized product cards and categories and did active work with information requests through the blog. The main focus was on improving the site’s sales.

• Challenges

The main goal of the project was to increase the number of sales. A team of developers, designers and a sales team worked on the project. Therefore, only SEO specialists worked on the site from our side. And our goal was to increase the number of site visitors and improve conversion rates.

• Solution

Our team conducted a complete audit of the site, niche and competitors. 

We have created a term of reference for the developers to solve the site's technical problems.

Since the project is E-commerce, we focused on improving the product categories and product cards. We made a huge number of changes to improve these parts of the site. We have completely updated category descriptions, product cards, and meta tags. We worked with images and many other details.

Separately we started working on the blog. We have analyzed the niche and, guided by our experience, collected information requests and created blog posts on their basis.

Work done

• Full niche and site audit. We conducted a full siteb audit to identify any bugs that may affect the user experience and site ranking. By analyzing the niche, we could get ahead of the growth points and make a plan to improve the site;
• Collection of the semantic core for the local pages of the clinic and work on the blog. A semantic core was collected for the entire site. Separately, we ve collected the semantics for each clinic page, covering all the necessary local queries;
• Technical Optimization. After a detailed SEO and technical audit, we fixed all the errors that were on the site;
• Optimization of the site pages. Based on previous steps, we changed the pages. We ve changed:

meta tags, titles, content, and page structure;

• Active work on the blog. Filling it with content. Apart from active work with service and clinic pages, we also paid a lot of attention to informational requests;
• Working with EAT factors;
• New design development and implementation;
• Working with Google My Business.

Results

After 6 months, organic traffic increased by 114%. The growth continued and increased by 5 times compared to the previous results! We are currently maintaining the site for further growth. The site ranked in the top 1 for all local keywords.

• Introduction

• Challenges

The project's main goal was to increase the number of visits and registrations on the platform. The project had excellent developers but didn’t have high-levelled SEO support before.

Our team had to analyze the niche and competitors in detail, as well as conduct a full site audit. 

A little difficulty at the beginning of the work was caused by the problem of making changes to the site because it was not created based on a template and was designed from scratch. Therefore, the necessary changes were not made as quickly as desired.

• Solution

Having completed a full audit of the site and niche, we identified several key areas that needed to be fixed.

• Technical condition of the site

The site was created from scratch, so some important details necessary for SEO were not taken into account. There were a lot of unindexed pages and errors. All of this had to be eliminated. Developing detailed terms of reference for programmers, we were able to solve most of the problems that affected the site ranking and user experience from its use 

• Content marketing 

It is one of the most important components of the site. Content should be perfectly optimized for both users and search engines. Our team has years of experience in creating quality content, so we approached the work with full professionalism. We updated the text on the main pages and kept it up to date. We also developed a content strategy that is constantly complemented and modified according to the documentation of search engines and the latest trends.

For more than a year of work on this project, we have achieved the main goals that were set for us: 

• The bounce rate was reduced by 88%.

• The registration percentage increased by 39%.

• The number of views and clicks increased by more than 50%.

Our goal was to create a fast responsive WordPress website from scratch. At first, we create a fresh UI/UX design, and after the client approves it, we start development of the backend on WordPress, using WooCommerce. 

The main task of the client was to create the design for the site and its implementation. At the beginning of the project, the client wanted three different sites for the U.S., the U.K., and Poland. SEO optimization

We suggested that instead of creating three sites the client connect the WPML (Multilingual plugin) and adjust it, so that in the future it would be easier for the client to administer the site

Our team is still working with the client on SEO and site support. The client received the site with the best PageSpeed for eCommerce (90 mobile, 90+ desktop)

The client's original goal was bug fixing. After successful work, we've supplied to the client with a new redesign. SEO optimization

When receiving the project to perform work to eliminate a huge number of bugs during a cursory examination were found obvious violations of the primary architecture of the project, the incorrect use of native CSS, modular styling is implemented correctly, but the use of styles had a number of problems.
It was decided to conduct a deep study with the composition of the sheet of inconsistencies (bugs).
In-depth analysis at the stage of processing 50% of the project included in the list 70 bugs and gross violations of the design of the project, in particular:
1. Violation of style encapsulation.
2. A huge amount of unused code.
3. Problems with page load speed due to errors in project's optimization system.
4. Disorder in the SEO system due to incorrect use of dynamic imports.
5. The project was almost completely absent semantics.
6. Gross violations of React logic/philosophy. Using vanilla JS as a substitute for React tools.
7. Large number of useless HTML shells forcing the browser to create additional layers.
8. Huge amount of empty or useless CSS.
9. Violation of encapsulated logic. The original architecture of the project implied the division of files into: containing exclusively the mechanisms of data processing and files, templates, responsible exclusively for rendering.
10. Also there were an obscene number of bugs in the display of components. The whole project was just a curve.
11. Problems with UI and UX. Sometimes it just wasn't there and you had to guess what this or that feature did and how it was originally intended.
 

As a result of the work performed the project became lighter and correspondingly faster.
Builds and deploys are 3 times faster.
The project became clearer in terms of code. Fixing HTML and CSS allowed the browser to not make empty and frequent renderings / renders - in fact, we relieved the browser rendering machine from useless work.
In the course of the work, the client decided to accept our proposal to redesign the project.
New UI\UX solutions allowed us to create stylish, clear, and, most importantly, comfortable interfaces.
The project has added libraries which simplify the development (e.g. React-responsive), as well as those that can optimize the application (e.g. converter of images into webp format).
Optimization has been improved e.g. by adding react-virtual lists.
The CD/CI and Gitfollow system is working.
