Describe your project in brief

Shophoods.com is renowned in offline sales / on Shops but we had a plan to grow our sales online as well! Our site was created 8 years ago and we didn't really update our site to the new age. so we planned to hire this team and develop a Shopify site for us. by doing this, we were hoping to improve our e-commerce store and grow our sales both online and offline, which is why we worked with MicroDeft to build our site.

They recommended some crucial inputs for our website, which we found quite helpful, and we chose to incorporate them into the website.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Due to internal changes, the delivery of our project was delayed. However, everything has been communicated with us so we were fine with the delay
