I honestly don’t know where to begin, working with MINA Medical Marketing has been a total game changer for us. As a small pharmacy owner, I’ve always felt a bit overwhelmed by the whole branding and marketing side of things. It’s tough to keep up with everything while running a business, but MINA really made it easy and fun.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The most impressive thing about MINA is their deep understanding of the healthcare space and how to craft marketing strategies that truly connect with patients. I really struggled to find a marketing agency that was prepared and knowledgable in my specific industry. They took the time to understand our needs, tailored everything to fit our unique brand, and the results speak for themselves. Plus, they were always available to support and adjust as needed.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be the initial process of getting everything set up, it was a lot of work upfront. But honestly, the results were worth every bit of effort, and the team made sure everything was worth it in the end.

Found MINA through Google Search. We are a regional dental clinic with multiple locations throughout BC, and just wow!! We've been through 3 agencies before MINA and all of them give the same corporate vibe. They flew out from Toronto to Vancouver just to see us, and we really felt like our clinic and practice mattered. I speak for not just myself but all of the staff at our clinics that we consider Dean and the team at MINA FAMILY with how they treat us. Everything is lighthearted and fun but delivers results. Makes our busy lives easier and more fun.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Treated us like family. There was no "24-48 hours" wait time for a response from "customer service". It was a simple phone call, directly to the founder, who accommodated us with open arms every time and got what we needed done.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I wish they were closer! We're in Vancouver and they're in Toronto. Nevertheless, they flew out to see us for filming!
