Describe your project in brief

We are engaged with Nasnix on a long term plan with multiple stages. Initially we worked with Nasnix on a business analysis problem, and we are now at the stage of team augmentation. In the coming stages Nasnix's engineers will take learnings from their time embedded with us to lead on fully outsourced development projects. We are also preparing the process for Nasnix providing branded support engineering resource as our customer base grows

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Nasnix Pvt Ltd is the only company we could find that emphasized the issues historically with outsourcing, and had clear coherent answers to the question of how to meet these challenges. Upon working with them I can confirm that Nasnix live up to their billing. We are always looking together at the bigger picture together and they have put their faith in us as we have in them, so we look forward to continuing the journey.

Our objective was to find resources who were familiar in a range of coding languages. So far, they’ve worked on building security/encryption SDKs and products that utilize our SDKs. They’ve also supported our customers, offering consultations to help build products.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I’m impressed by their communication skills, work ethic, and investment in our end goals. Even though they’re nine hours ahead of us, they’re willing to change their work schedule to better match our hours.

Budget-wise, I would give them fairly high marks. What stood out about Nasnix was their willingness to work within certain budgets

I don’t have any metrics, but I had a very smooth working relationship with Nasnix. They were always very quick to help. We appreciate that they really tried to grant our wishes, but that they set realistic expectations and presented real-world examples. Their honesty helped us decide on which goals to pursue and what that would entail.

On top of that, Nasnix rolled the whole thing out fairly quickly. The platform itself has not run into any sort of issues since its launch.

We have worked on a number of projects but our process is usually that our team will create specification and requirements with some very basic designs using PowerPoint or pen and paper. Forward those to Nasnix who then comes back with a timeline, budget, and mock-ups. We agree on terms then start development. We check in daily if needed and we get email updates and videos showing progress. Our companies CTO is specific about technology used, so Nasnix has been great adapting to us. We use AWS, GoDaddy, Intersystem Ensemble, Cache, jquery, HTML, JAVA, MySQL, Apache, etc.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

There ability to provide a one-stop shop! I can get all my design, development, documentation, and testing done in one place. They have excellent talent and the people are very nice.
