  • Nestorbird's requirement analysis team was highly competent and thorough, ensuring that project requirements were clearly understood and documented. Their initial engagement process was professional, and communication during the analysis phase was well-structured and efficient.

  • Researching the feature enhancements and their impact on each module is a time-consuming process.
  • The Whole management including Ashish Tripathi, Ashish Saretia and Deepak Shukla are thiefs robbing money of everyone in broad daylight with frappe's help.
  • I was disappointed with the inflated billing, where hours and task costs seemed exaggerated. The developers lacked expertise, leading to inefficiencies, with some tasks taking much longer than they should have. There was an imbalance in team quality, as the analysis team was strong, but the development work was subpar. Additionally, the company seemed more focused on maximizing charges rather than delivering quality solutions in a timely manner.

The Worst Experience anyone can have in the world.

Our experience with NestorBird was extremely disappointing. A 3-month ERPNext project stretched to 11 months with repeated code resets, incomplete modules, and inflated billing. Audit trails and communication records were deleted mid-project, making it impossible to track progress or hold anyone accountable. Despite multiple escalations, delivery remained inconsistent and lacked transparency. We later discovered that the code we funded was being reused in their own SaaS products without disclosure. While the team presents well initially, the execution reflects poor ethics and disregard for client trust. We do not recommend NestorBird to any business seeking reliable, accountable implementation

I engaged Nestorbird for a software development project with high expectations, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The first major issue was the inflated billing, where hours reported seemed significantly exaggerated, resulting in unexpectedly high charges. Tasks that were minor in scope were overpriced, creating a sense of disproportionate cost for the effort involved. Additionally, some of the developers lacked the necessary expertise, with one task being estimated at 300 hours but later completed by another company in just 30 hours, revealing inefficiencies. While the requirement analysis team demonstrated competence and thoroughness, the actual development team failed to meet quality standards, creating an imbalance in the service offered.
