Our experience with NestorBird was extremely disappointing. A 3-month ERPNext project stretched to 11 months with repeated code resets, incomplete modules, and inflated billing. Audit trails and communication records were deleted mid-project, making it impossible to track progress or hold anyone accountable. Despite multiple escalations, delivery remained inconsistent and lacked transparency. We later discovered that the code we funded was being reused in their own SaaS products without disclosure. While the team presents well initially, the execution reflects poor ethics and disregard for client trust. We do not recommend NestorBird to any business seeking reliable, accountable implementation

I engaged Nestorbird for a software development project with high expectations, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The first major issue was the inflated billing, where hours reported seemed significantly exaggerated, resulting in unexpectedly high charges. Tasks that were minor in scope were overpriced, creating a sense of disproportionate cost for the effort involved. Additionally, some of the developers lacked the necessary expertise, with one task being estimated at 300 hours but later completed by another company in just 30 hours, revealing inefficiencies. While the requirement analysis team demonstrated competence and thoroughness, the actual development team failed to meet quality standards, creating an imbalance in the service offered.
