NeuralYug is a technology company based in Kathmandu, Nepal, working with organisations that want artificial intelligence to do something measurable rather than something impressive.

A familiar pattern in AI work is the promising prototype that never reaches daily use. We try to work the other way round. Before writing code we establish where a model or an automation genuinely changes an outcome — a queue that clears faster, a reconciliation that stops needing a human, a decision that arrives while it still matters — and we design backwards from that. Where AI is the wrong instrument for the job, we say so early rather than late.

Our engineering covers the whole path a system needs to survive contact with reality: applied machine learning and AI agents; process automation across document handling, back-office operations and customer workflows; web and mobile applications; SaaS product engineering from first commit to launch; and the data pipelines, cloud infrastructure and DevOps that keep all of it standing. Because these disciplines sit inside one team, nothing is lost in a hand-off between vendors.

Alongside client delivery we publish an open library of costed solution blueprints — reference architectures for problems such as remittance fraud detection, KYC document processing, agentic support desks and real-time operations dashboards — each with the stack, the sequencing and the benchmarks it would take to build. It is how we show our engineering thinking before a contract exists.

We work with clients in Nepal, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and the United Arab Emirates. Kathmandu's timezone gives us meaningful overlap with Europe, the Gulf and Asia, and we operate async-first so that distance stays an administrative detail rather than a delay.

Our pricing is published rather than negotiated in the dark, starting from fixed-price automation sprints and scaling to full product builds.
