Idea Bank focuses on financial services for small business entities – micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. He also offers services to individual clients. In addition to financial products, the bank also offers additional services, such as consultancy on financing activities, accounting services and methods of investing capital. Idea Bank has 0,5 million clients in Poland and hires 1,6k employees.

Challenge

Idea Bank needed to accelerate digital transformation and quickly transform from traditional to digital space. Idea Bank had several internet and mobile banking initiatives in the project pipeline. We had an urgent need to extend our IT team with an external company. Bank did not know for how long we need new consultant and create new open positions. Additionally, the management did not allow to hire new staff during a difficult time of pandemic.

Solution

The Idea Bank started working with New Digital Street. Idea Bank did not have to create new positions, NDS delivered experienced consultants in the field of Business Analysis and Project Management. The consultants have started working within one month and had vast banking experience and understood how organizations like Idea Bank work. The Idea Bank could easily scale resources.

About Client

INCAT is a solutions provider for the banking and fintech industries. The main product is BOS Fintech (BOS - Banking Operation System) - a modern account and financial transactions management system. INCAT's main clients are banks, challenger banks, fintechs and other financial institutions.

Challenge

INCAT has acquired a new banking client from Saudi Arabia for the BOS Fintech solution. INCAT also faced the task of providing IT specialists with the competencies of Java, Android, iOS, QA automation for the implementation of new digital bank.

Solution

New Digital Street reviewed a tech- stack required by a Saudi Arabian bank and selected appropriate candidates with banking experience and security basics. The consultants we recommended for the projects worked for Polish and foreign banks, including PKO BP or Citibank. After a technical interview with bank’s representative, the bank chose the best candidates for its needs.

Result

Within one month of the inquiry, NDS built a 15-person development team from the following skills: Android, iOS, Java developers, QA automation. The bank development team accelerated by 20% and the project release will not be delayed.

Decathlon Poland is the polish branch of the international manufacturer and distributor of sports clothing and equipment. You purchase the products on the e-commerce site and mobile applications. Decathlon has 60 shops and hires 3500 employees in Poland alone.

New Digital Street has designed a new web product as a sub-label for Morele.net.

Pora na pola (PnP) is the leading platform in Poland. PnP delivers food straight from farmers and small producers. PnP focuses on honest farms, small manufacturers, proven products and wonderful people who create them. PnP has its own web platform, mobile app and works on AI engines for recommendations.

New Digital Street helped to design a new shopping path (UX), appearence and operation of the store for the planned implementation of the new version.
