Very good experience with Nistruct engineers

The quality of the Nistruct people is on a same level as Leanpay's internal development. All employees engaged into the project feels that they belong to the project at the same level as regular Leanpay employees. They were even reviewed by Leanpay HR. Nistruct management showed high willingness to solve problems and open questions between Leanpay and engaged developers, even at the cost of Nistruct.

Describe your project in brief

Nistruct and Leanpay work together for more than 2 years. Leanpay has 4 developers assigned from Nistruct on the continues basis on the Leanpay POS Lending project. The Nistruct developers are fully included inside Leanpay development process, they take tasks from Leanpay product owners, and they report to Leanpay Tech leads. Additionally, senior engineers from Nistruct provide additional layer of support to Nistruct developers engaged on the project.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Level to which they were ready to be included into the Leanpay development process. Nistruct management high willingness to solve problems and open questions between Leanpay and engaged developers.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Performance management is not easy to set-up with leased employees.
