I am the Founder of Novmii Freelance, a managed technology project network built to create a structured connection between businesses with technology project requirements and independent professionals with the skills needed to deliver them.

Novmii Freelance is built around a requirement-first model. Businesses can share their project requirements with Novmii, after which the requirement is reviewed and the project scope, needs, timeline, and talent requirements are understood. Novmii then identifies and selects suitable talent from its network based on skills, experience, availability, and project requirements.

My role as Founder is focused on building and developing this system — understanding how businesses can share their technology requirements, building a reliable talent network, establishing a structured talent-selection process, and creating a managed approach to project allocation, coordination, quality control, and client delivery.

Independent professionals can join the Novmii talent network by sharing their skills, technologies, experience, portfolio, availability, and project preferences. When a suitable project is received, Novmii evaluates the requirement and selects relevant talent rather than relying on open public bidding or allowing businesses to randomly search through freelancers.

The Novmii model follows a structured delivery flow:

Business Requirement → Novmii Review → Talent Selection → Project Allocation → Managed Execution → Quality Check → Client Delivery

Novmii manages the connection and delivery process, while independent talent brings the required skills and expertise. This creates a structured route through which businesses can communicate their requirements and suitable professionals can be connected to relevant project opportunities.

My focus as Founder is therefore not simply on building a platform, but on building a trusted system around project requirements, talent selection, project coordination, and quality-controlled delivery.

The long-term goal is to build a strong network of independent technology professionals and a trusted project network through which businesses can access suitable talent for their technology requirements through a structured and managed process.
