Our goal was to rebuild Vortex as a streamlined, data-driven ticketing and promotion platform capable of handling high traffic, instant payouts, and seamless user experiences.

Our Approach:
OA Softwares applied its milestone-driven development framework — emphasizing structured progress, clear deliverables, and business-oriented outcomes. The project began with a complete UI/UX redesign, centered on simplicity, mobile usability, and event organizer convenience. Every interface was built to reduce friction, increase trust, and improve the speed of ticket creation and checkout.
