Poor response, failed to complete project, multiple bugs and little thought given to UI
Octaloop produced a very compelling proposal when given the details of our project. We quickly became aware that despite our clear briefing (which included examples, videos and details of competitor products), there was little thinking and little or no regard for the user interface. The project took six times longer than quoted. We paid additional sums for extras, but these were never completed. Meetings always seemed positive, but there were recurrent problems. Eventually, Octaloop gave up and have failed to complete the project. This is a company to avoid, based on my experience.

Describe your project in brief
We contracted Octaloop to create an AI platform that could read research data in an agreed format, produce charts, and generate an AI-generated text-based summary, with tools to explore the data in greater depth.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Good proposal. First project manager was friendly.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Poor responsive. Failure to complete tasks as agreed. Poor service. In the end, shutting us out without finishing the project. They seem like scammers.
