Ontik Technology collaborated with CNG Association BD, a prominent organization in Bangladesh catering to public transport, to modernize their operations and enhance communication efficiency. 

The project's focus was on developing custom software solutions, including an Accounts Management System, Automation Registration System, and SMS Integration, tailored to meet the specific needs of the association.
 

· Designed and implemented an efficient Accounts Management System to help CNG Association BD manage their financial data, transactions, and reporting seamlessly.

· Developed an Automation Registration System to enhance the registration process, automating various administrative tasks and improving efficiency.

· To improve communication, Ontik Technology integrated SMS capabilities, enabling CNG Association BD to send automated messages, notifications, and updates to their members and stakeholders.

Pioneering social betting by combining user-driven sports betting with social media, CircleBet is an online social betting services firm that offers a unique and customized betting service.

The client approached Ontik Technology seeking to create a groundbreaking platform that seamlessly integrated social interaction with sports betting. After the launch of MVP, Ontik Technology will provide full time engineers for CircleBet.

Betting Module: Users can create and participate in bets for upcoming matches, with defined bet states for easy tracking.
Matchmaking and Counter Bets: The app implements a matchmaking system, merging identical counter bets to enhance user engagement.
Results and Statistics: A dedicated section provides insights into resolved bets, including total bets and winning amounts.
Marketplace for Bets: Users access a user-friendly bet marketplace with filtering options based on team names, amounts, odds, and resolved days.
User Account Management: The app offers a comprehensive user account system allowing credit conversion, password changes, and viewing bet history.
Badges, Awards, and Leaderboard: Gamification elements include badges and awards based on specific criteria, displayed on a dynamic leaderboard.
Social Circle and Notifications: Users can form social circles for connections, send invitation links, and receive notifications for game interactions and news.
Communication and Chat: A chat feature facilitates user interaction, bet acceptance, and communication on accepted and invited bets.

Project Overview
Fitmate is an app-enabled subscription-based gym access service. Once subscribed to Fitmate, users have access to hundreds of partner gyms nationwide anytime.

The client worked with Ontik Technology as their MVP partner, comprehensively building their first go-to-market app, starting from the Ui screens to full-scale development. After completion and launch of the MVP, Fitmate has partnered with Ontik Technology as their software development team.

Project Scope
Ability for users to open accounts and subscribe to partner gyms.
Giving users access to a tiered system of gyms based on their subscription plan; select various lessons provided by partner gyms.
Geolocation of Fitmate network gyms.
Integration of QR Code for seamless partner gym accessibility.

Project Flow
Develop the wireframe followed by the Ui screens in Figma
Design and develop software infrastructure.
Preparation of roadmap for go-to-market MVP and sprint design in a ClickUp sprint board.
Application deployment in AWS cloud.
After the launch of the product, we have deployed three engineers in FTE (Full time engagement) model for Fitmate.
