We worked in an agile setup with weekly exchange meetings.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
It took a while until we got the right (agile) project setup with a dedicated scrum master. But once that person was installed, things went very smoothly.

Urban Blue's focus is on intelligent precision agriculture applications, from the smallest microorganisms to larger fish and vertical farms. In this field we have developed unique intelligent sensing, smart control and lighting technologies in an open but defined architecture. These developed systems provide cloud/edge, mobile and hardware platforms utilizing state-of-the-art computer vision, AIoT and ML functionality.
