Describe your project in brief
We hired Peachr to build Seamless Slots, a custom booking system designed specifically for dental clinics. The goal was to create something simple for patients to use and for clinics to manage their bookings and automate follow ups.
Peachr handled the entire build, from planning to launch. The system now runs in over 14 clinics across the UK. Patients can book appointments directly through each clinic’s website, and the platform automatically handles follow up messages to cut down on no-shows.
On the clinic side, dentists and staff have their own dashboard that shows upcoming appointments, patient details, and booking history. Pretty much everything they need in one place.
Throughout the project, they were easy to work with. They stayed responsive, adapted fast when things changed, and even assigned someone from their team to stick around for two weeks after launch to train our staff and support the rollout.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Their ability to adapt quickly and communicate clearly. No matter how our needs shifted during the project, they stayed flexible and made sure everything kept moving without stress. their responsiveness paired with their follow through after launch was great to have.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
minor point would be that some parts of the project took a little longer than expected but not by much. Just a couple of milestones slipped slightly due to changing requirements. That said, they always communicated clearly and delivered what they promised, so it never became a real problem.
