The Bell Direct Mobile project aimed to design and develop a user-friendly, secure, and feature-rich mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms. The app would allow our customers to view their account balances, transfer funds, pay bills, and access investment products, among other features. We required a robust and scalable solution that would integrate seamlessly with our existing backend systems and provide a seamless user experience.

From the start they assigned an unqualified person. He tried to charge us a " META Penalty Free " of over $720 and said he can pre pay it and get things going faster. Charged us for a google tool that does not exist. When reported to his manager they admitted he was unqualified and made mistakes. You would choke if you saw the screen shots we have of what he was asking and going. Lost all our money . His manager tried to save it , but there is zero trust and faith.

I have never had a worse experience working with a company. The lack of understanding and time management was appalling. They brought me to tears and I had to eventually leave the deposit I gave them and stop working with them for the sake of my sanity.
