I went on to Freelance to advertise my job for my website, and the next thing I got a WhatsApp from Pearl Organisation the sales guy was Ashish he said Pearl Organization is an authorized Google partner. He then offered me a deal for 3 months for 200$ Ashish did not stop sending me sales pitches even over the weekend nonstop, I gave in and paid 200$ for the project. This is where my nightmare started with gave them all the login details it was a problem to log in to my account, I have gone through this with other companies and never experience any difficulty, as I had with Pearl organization after giving them my full access they managed to log in. I then gave them 2 days to analyze my website and to work out their marketing strategy then I got a call from Lisa saying she was handling my project and I needed to pay 300 $ for SEO and website maintenance for 3 years because the layout and SEO were not correct. My optimization score at that stage was sitting at 68% I took a screenshot

Deadlines ignored, calls not returned, account manager changed every two weeks, more money constantly asked for. The continually over promised and under delivered. They were incompetent and hopeless.

I would give them high marks for project management. The project was a tall order from the start because the website system we used isn't built to do much of what we customized it to do. Therefore, we didn't set up the project expecting to see it be fully completed; it was always a matter of how much we could get done and how well according to our timeline and budget. The fact that the team got the site to a logical state with minor CSS styling changes merits high marks. We came up with a sprint cadence according to our timing, budget, and the resources on hand. Together, we devised a plan considering our timezone difference to be on the same page because we had to work fast. When it came to talking clearly and straightforwardly, things went in the right direction, so I had no major complaints.

We came to Pearl Organisation with a prototype that we’d implemented in a few places, talking them through what we’d done and what we wanted to do. That included some code that we’d developed, screenshots of our rudimentary platform, and customer research. Pearl Organisation then guided us through their design phase. We went through journey mapping, developed user personas in much greater detail, and created wireframes. Once we transitioned into full-scale development, they built a cloud-based app in AWS and released the product. We also had them design and develop our marketing website, which was a Jamstack solution.

We had taken a year pack of website maintenance where all kinds of updates were involved. The lady who was in the sales team made all promises during the initial conversations. As soon as the payment was made she stopped picking calls saying its some other department that needs to come back. It took us 10 days to establish contact itself. Every query requires at least a few months for them to come back to us. Getting in touch with random people to reach the right person is the job everytime we have some issue with the website. I wrote to the founders and they again dont seem to care. They only know to upsell, take money and sit in the mountains of Dehradun. Call every min to show urgency of fixing something, you can see them as calm as a cucumber. Reaching their developer is like reaching God. one can give up easily. I even requested them to give back out money and like usual they were upselling something again. Language also can be a barrier to ones who dont know Hindi.

Agreement was for modifying existing ecommerce site, but they started developing their own and last 2 months, only taking money by upselling and showing fake requirements. Only cheating happening, no ownership, sales person was behind till signing up, but after that no support. Lost my money... do not get into their trap

My experience has been very bad with Pearl Organization. They promise a lot of things, but do not do what they have promised. They continue to harass harass harass via email or whats app. I was so stupid ever falling for them - lost nearly $1000,- to no avail. They only had to copy paste one website design to the other platform. From Wix to Wordpress - I sent over pictures to one of their colleagues but as they switched they apparently lost all those pictures....twice! They refuse to hand over the Wordpress website now - as they claim I need a C panel which is $250,- I also paid for an app - no app months later. They lie a lot and try to convince you otherwise. Their designs are of poor quality, The account manager just changes every single time when you start asking questions about your project. I was so stupid to continue with them - as I had already paid you feel like you want to have what is rightfully yours - but it only got worse. There is no way you will ever get your refund.

We have given a project for a logo design. We have given time and design for which the organization agrees. When they delivered the project, it was not as per our requirement. They delivered very poor and bad design. Those people will not respond to modify. Atleast those designers not able to copy our old design. I would like to tell you don't give your project to this company. They don't deliver what they promise. In starting they try to convince you but as soon you paid them, things will change.

When we ask for refund, they denied and try to convince us that project can't be completed in such time frame. I would like to tell you don't give your project to this company. They don't deliver what they promise. In starting they try to convince you but as soon you paid them, things will change.

Keep chewing account manager, stops reporting without reason. Only have some basic skills but likely you can do better yourself. Not worth to spend you budget here.
