Rishi Dadhich's story-
- An AWS Certified Solutions Architect, LinkedIn Top Voice in IT, Founder & Chief Pharoscion, Rishi started his first business when he was in class 11th with his uncle. He did freelancing in his college days and realized the pain points being faced by small business owners which led him to start Pharoscion Global. He started his professional career with Infosys and later worked as a Senior Cloud Consultant at Fusion Global (UK). In about July of 2019, Rishi also co-founded The Pizza Central, a franchise based cafe chain business and opened around 30 cafes across the country before taking a successful exit in 2022. He also serves as a Strategic Advisor to companies and has recently started his angel investing journey too.

What inspired the founding of your company, and what is the story behind its inception?
Rishi, inspired by Infosys company founders particularly Mr. Narayan Murthy, began his entrepreneurial journey in class 11th with an online ticket booking business services in Kanpur, India, which faced operational challenges & failed. This experience fueled his passion for entrepreneurship. After freelancing in college & understanding the struggles of small business owners, he started his professional career with Infosys. There, he realized Small & Medium Enterprises needed professional services similar to those provided by Infosys with the same professionalism.  In 2018, he helped an Australian e-commerce company with their e-commerce portal issues for free, which became the foundation of Pharoscion as it gave him that required push to help other businesses via his expertise. Rishi's goal is to support SMEs and corporates in digital transformation via technology, marketing and AI.
