We first worked with Plain & Pixel on NSAT, our aptitude test platform for scholarship and admission candidates. What stood out was how quickly they understood our admissions workflow — the fee-verification gate, single-attempt locking, and OTP identity checks were proposed by them rather than specified by us, because they had thought through where an exam-day process can break. The platform held up well through our June 2026 cycle and was built to scale to our full applicant pool of around 25,000. We engaged them again for our Visitor Entry System, a kiosk-based platform for registering and tracking campus visitors, with offline resilience and integration into our existing CRM. It replaced a manual register with a clean, searchable digital record. Communication was consistent, timelines were met, and late-stage changes were handled without friction.
