Prodigitaly was established in 2020 in Indore, India as a Remote Digital Agency with a mission to provide 360 Degree Web, App & Digital Marketing services to clients in India and all over the world. We are a team of experienced professionals committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients.
We are one of the leading digital agencies in India and provide a wide range of digital services including web design and development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, and more. My Role: I am the founder and managing worker in the company and focus on establishing business by bringing in new customers and hiring new talent.
What is the story behind starting this company?
I was an engineering graduate and always wanted to Join the Armed Forces as an Officer. I appeared in the SSB Interview almost 18 times and failed. I worked at a few Digital Marketing Companies and IT firms as a Digital Marketing Executive & Business Development Manager and was mainly responsible for generating sales. After working almost 7 years in this domain I realized that I am not meant to work in a 9 X 9 Cubicle and learned that in the IT & Software industry if we have the right infrastructure, team, and resources anyone can work from any location with freedom without compromising with work quality and ease of communication. I started this Bootstrapped company in 2019 and now we have more than 20 team members out of which 90% are women, who are working remotely from different parts of the country and world.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have an in-house team of ardent and proficient Digital Marketers, App developers, Web Designers, and Software Developers. When we come across any technology which doesn’t fall into our scope of expertise, we usually outsource it to reliable companies in our network.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We are available 24 X 7 to assist our customer's needs, offer pocket-friendly costs, and ensure that the product/service is delivered on time.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We cater services to almost all domains be it health, education, real estate, fitness, or sports. 70% of the clients are repetitive.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
SAAS Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, and Social Media Management.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
I would say 95% of them have rated us 9/10. We always start with requirement gathering, plan & design a strategy and implement it in the campaign.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We provide them support via email, WhatsApp, and call. Post development of any website or app we offer 3 months of FREE Support.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
For Web and App development projects we go on a Milestones/Phases basis, for SEO/ SMM and other ongoing services we charge on a Monthly Basis.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, we take projects which meet your basic budget requirement. We expect clients to share a project requirement doc, budget, and timeline they have in mind (if they don't have we always suggest them based on effort and time).
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
The Min Cost of a project we handled was INR 10000 ($150) and the max was of INR 600000 ($7000).
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
I see my company becoming a Product & Services based company making an Annual Turnover of $20,00,000 USD and growing as one of the total Digital agencies in the world with 100% Remote working employees.
