We are Gurgaon based digital marketing agency, after the first meeting they impressed us and we decided to go with them. We exactly get what we have asked for.

They do not guarantee their product. They are very antagonistic and impossible to work with. They offer free installation evidently but wont guarantee it works. Which I am not sure how that works if you cant get the product to work, why would anyone buy it. Most of all, they are rude people to try to deal with. They cant be bothered with key questions and they blew off any viable questions. Which again, if you cant guarantee your product being installed the proper way, I get that is why you dodge questions about the product. I did get out of them that they do NOT guarantee a working product after they install it. I explained what about conflicts if there is any and that we did not want a work in progress. And, again, they said something...actually,...let me copy and paste his asinine thing they wrote in reply to us asking about potential conflicts...this is what you get pre sales when trying to deal with these people that are obviously very shady...read this and tell me how this relate
