They were tasked with creating a sophisticated product recommendation engine that takes into account many parameters and involves substances expertise in Artificial Intelligence. They successfully delivered a working complex recommendation engine that provided valid recommendations on the content tabs within the application. Over time, they meticulously worked on improving the existing recommendation algorithms and adding new features. In addition, they helped us handle such tasks as developing charts and dashboards as well as ML admin tools.

At first, they built end-to-end analytics for advertising campaigns. They collected data on costs and clicks from all advertising cabinets and associate this data with the user's purchases on the site. Then, they created the main marketing report. It included: - how much money was spent on this campaign - how many paying users this campaign attracted - how much each attracted user (Cost Per User) - cost the average Lifetime Value (LTV) of this user – what kind of income for all the time he brought us In the end they trained the ML model to predict LTV

QClay Ai successfully automated the client’s processes, cutting down costs and waiting time. Their organized, proactive, and communicative approach resulted in a smooth partnership. Considering the project’s complexity, the technical expertise they displayed was impressive. I requested robot process automation from them using unattended software robots with UIPath and Microsoft Power Automate. Some of the process were heavy dutty so we needed to have a software robot working 24/7. I am satisfied with the outcome.
