Everything I needed was in the app

They were supportive and did whatever I told them to do. It was easy to work with them

Qodestar developed and designed our website, which featured 3–4 pages. We had designs before, which we gave to them, so they worked based on that. As a result, they used similar designs from a previous project with a few customizations. The team used WordPress, HTML5, and Photoshop.

Moreover, the team also managed and scaled the website. They helped me integrate Google Analytics as well.

We wanted to integrate more solutions with Microsoft Dynamics and use them for digital marketing and SEO. However, the scope of work for this project didn’t touch on SEO. I also had previous materials in terms of keywords and meta tags. This will come in the next phase.

They were great at interpreting what I wanted as a result

Qodestar integrated the new feature into our website and member management software. They created a booking platform with a calendar feature where users could enter their child’s details and date of birth. The platform would then provide classes available for that child’s age group. Parents could then book their children directly into the class.

Additionally, Qodestar applied a discount code to the classes in the backend, automatically zeroing out the price and booking the child straight into the class. The booking would then go directly into our software and sales funnel. The team built the new feature on WordPress. We initially started using this feature on just one of our 15 gyms to ensure customers were happy with it. After implementing it, the team also made some tweaks.

They were great at interpreting what I wanted as a result. They could see our vision and build something relevant to achieve it. They translated our needs into something user-friendly that worked seamlessly on our website.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There's nothing Qodestar could improve on; I’d work with them again. Initially, we didn’t have a good indication of the timeline or when the project was kicking off, but I didn't ask for any clarification on that. When I asked for information about the start date, they told me that they would start working on the project the next day. Everything was fine from there.

Qodestar has started working with us on website design and development tasks from scratch. The main goal of this effort is to integrate third-party software and plug-ins onto the sites.

In addition, they have experience in digital marketing, so we’ve expanded the scope of the project — the work they do is for both our clients and us. They’re responsible for content creation, SEO, keyword research, and Google PPC campaigns. In terms of technologies and tools, they use WordPress and PHP, among others.

Regarding the process, we’ve started by having initial Google Meet meetings to let them know what I’m looking for so they can understand my needs and provide accordingly.

Qodestar built the website from scratch. They worked on the front- and backend and then integrated the API. After filling out information about a package, like the address and dimensions, customers can click purchase, download the shipping label, and bring the package to us. There is also a place on the website to track the package.

Qodestar also offers ongoing maintenance to fix bugs whenever customers have issues.

We hired Qodester for website development and API integration. We wanted something fast and customer friendly without bugs, and wanted our customers to be able to create a shipment and see the price right away.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The website and API integration makes the process much easier, and customers can purchase through our company directly. We can also keep track of all the packages, and our company looks more professional because the label is provided right away on our website. We also have a profit margin and can save time because everything is automated with the API integration.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The only issue we’ve ever had is the time zone difference, and we wish they had someone working during our regular business hours. Sometimes it's difficult to get help during the holidays as well.
