Our experience with QTeam Software Solutions has been remarkable. From the outset, their team demonstrated an impressive ability to ramp up quickly and become productive almost immediately. Within less than a month, they identified over 100 issues, showcasing their thoroughness and efficiency. Their testing covered a significant number of stories, and they provided detailed and useful reports that were crucial for the project's success. QTeam’s communication skills were excellent. We had daily scrum meetings and used Jira and Confluence for project management. All communication and synchronization were handled seamlessly via Teams and email, ensuring that everyone was always on the same page. Their extensive expertise in Magento and e-commerce platforms was evident throughout the project. The detailed reports they generated were invaluable, providing clear insights and actionable items that helped us address issues promptly and effectively.

Our collaboration with QTeam has been exceptional, exceeding our initial expectations. Initially, we needed to augment our QA team, and QTeam provided a candidate who has been with us for about a year and a half. His integration into our agile workflow was seamless, and his contributions significantly improved our processes. Notably, he helped reduce our QA time for significant product releases from two weeks to under a week and increased our automated coverage from 0% to 80% for core web-based product flows. When we sought a proof of concept for image recognition and object detection, QTeam identified and provided a suitable candidate. This developer worked with us for three months, successfully delivering the proof of concept and later supporting various digital asset providers and API integrations. His ability to work independently and deliver quality work was commendable. He created his own interface to demonstrate the effectiveness of the training models, providing us with valuable insights. QTeam's resources have consistently met or exceeded our expectations. They fully participate in our agile process, with our QA manager communicating daily with their engineer who operates off our Scrum board. This method has proven to be highly productive, with overnight QA work ready for our daily standup each morning.

QTeam Software Solutions proved to be an outstanding collaborator throughout our project. Their investment in the project was evident as they communicated thoroughly, planned tasks efficiently with our in-house staff, and executed their responsibilities exceptionally well. Their partner mentality set them apart, ensuring a smooth transition of the application and institutional knowledge to our US-based development and QA teams. Even now, they continue to check in to ensure everything is progressing smoothly. The project required stability, scalability, and extensibility while reducing infrastructure costs by leveraging AWS. QTeam provided director-level leadership down to individual contributors in both software development and QA, bringing expertise in Python, React JS, automated QA, and AWS. At the height of the project, we had 10-12 QTeam members working seamlessly with our team, ensuring we met our goals. Their founders had previously worked with our CTO Adviser, which added a layer of trust and familiarity to the engagement. Product management, run out of the US, collaborated effectively with QTeam, showcasing their ability to work well across different time zones and geographies.

They quickly adapted to the project context and became productive, delivering high-quality work. QTeam’s thorough approach led to the identification of a significant number of defects, ensuring the deliverables were of exceptional quality. Their testing process, both manual and automated, was efficient and timely. They also provided continuous insights into the process, allowing us to implement several improvements. The detailed test cases were documented in Xray, and automated tests were added in PHPUnit. The regular reports and explicit updates during daily scrums ensured clear communication and kept the entire team aligned with potential risks and deadlines.

We worked together with QTeam to develop and facilitate part of our IT&C trainings for B2B and B2C customers. The reason we choose to work with them is their expertise in software development and software testing which allowed them to create training solutions which were focused on the challenges that professionals in the IT&C industry face everyday. The feedback from our clients was very positive and this is the reason that we continue to collaborate with them on IT&C courses and consultancy.
