Client:
A client is a USA based training services provider for aircraft maintenance.

Challenges:

The client was using DayiteCRM, which is only available on a Mac machine. So the client wanted to migrate to a platform which can be accessed globally through the web browser anywhere in the world. The client was using the current system for a long time and had a large database along with files and emails. The client was facing difficulty in migrating such a large database along with all files from Postgre SQL to MySQL and then make compatible with SugarCRM.

Solution:

We configured and customize the SugarCRM and developed the custom modules required to fulfill the client requirements. We also successfully managed the migration of encrypted files and email from the DayliteCRM to SugarCRM.

The smooth migration has helped the client to seamlessly use the new CRM system across the globe.

Client: The client is an Australian e-commerce company dealing in promotional products.

Challenges:

The client was doing the entire sales pipeline process manually, causing huge losses in terms of revenue, efficiency and costing the overall profit of the company. They needed a CRM solution, which should not only help them in streamline the entire sales process but also track the efficiency of the team.

Solution:

We configured and customize the SuiteCRM and developed the custom modules required to fulfill the client requirements. We integrated the SuiteCRM with all inquiry forms, chat system to receive the leads along with UTM data to analyze the source of leads. We have also integrated the CRM with GTM and Google Analytics.

Outcome: After implementing the CRM successfully there 47% increase in sales year-to-date.

Twenty Four Seven Events & Entertainment approached to develop attractive website using content management system, so that content can be updated easily. Redian Software has created custom design and integrated with wordpress content management system.

Client can run campaigns through their marketing partners (Publishers) and receives all leads to database. There are fields like Name, City, Income, Date of Birth, Email, Phone, Gender, Publisher. 

There are three level of interfaces apart from admin-

1 - Publisher
2- Clients
3- Tele Callers

Admin can create publishers, clients and tele-callers, as well as he can see all leads coming to the system. Admin have option to create filters for clients. 

Publishers- Publishers can see the leads coming through their campaigns by login to their dashboard and can also export the leads data.
