Problem Statement

Currently, Executives & Managers adopt multiple tools & still aren't able to achieve centralized visibility and control over the resources & projects. Digno's primary target is to provide a platform that could be built next to MBO, KPI & OKR models of goal management & could help people with a scoring tag "Digno Score" - this scoring tag will be globally adopted & in the future it can aid human resource pooling.

Challenges

i. Logic of scoring engine. There are a number of metrics that can compute performance scores but building the logic with the right proportion of worth to each index required in-depth knowledge & research.

ii. Industry-oriented scoring - Different organizations & departments will never have the same metrics to evaluate an employee's performance. Based on their KPIs, it was important to build generic & flexible scoring metrics that could work in multiple industries.

iii. Integration with multiple platforms. Currently, organizations use different tools for work management (.i..e asana, jira, salesforce), and for managing resources (gustoo, HRMS) - the information needs to be fetched from these tools & then processed within the scoring engine to compute the score.

"Within a discovery workshop - the reloadux team discovered the pain points, conducted stakeholder interviews, and transformed pain points into business & end-user problem statements. 

During the design phase, textual & conversational knowledge was transformed into user flow, digital wireframes along with brand guidelines & final UI design.

Finally, a Centralized platform was developed to manage employee data & evaluate Digno score. The primary modules included

Problem Statement
PeopleGuru is a platform that offers many services and functionalities to the user. But the system was very heavy and overwhelming for the users. So instead of making life easier for the end user, it added complexity. It made the platform overall difficult to use. For a system like this which is data intensive, discoverability is very crucial to the system which was lacking in the old design. Some features were available but the functionality was unclear to the user.

Our Approach
We tried to reduce the visual clutter and lighten the complexity while keeping the functionality intact so it's less overwhelming for the user.

The Solution
We came up with a design that was simple, light and easy on the eyes, and intuitive to interact with. We focused on the discoverability of the data by giving the appropriate real estate to search and filter and restructure the layout. We also focused on micro-interactions, and micro-copy so the usability can be enhanced.

The problem statement or challenge in this scenario was related to the poor design of the platform's user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). This means that users of the platform were facing difficulty in navigating the platform, understanding the functionality of different features, and overall engagement with the platform could be low. Inspired eLearning has an award-winning Learning Management System through which they offer tons of courses around Security Awareness but what they lacked was a mobile platform.

The inspired e-learning team brought Tkxel on board after doing a thorough research and realizing that Tkxel had the experience and expertise to meet the requirements. The team at Tkxel detailed the project requirements using user stories methodology. Created intuitive UI/UX complying with iOS 10 human guidelines by Apple and Google material design for Android.

Problem Statement

Bridge team was using multiple systems (all separate) for providing mass media services to their customers. Bridge team had to move from one application to another to just complete one order and it takes a lot of their time and effort. 

They were aiming to come up with a comprehensive one-system application for providing all of the services to the customers and reducing the labor cost and time at their end. 

We provided a consultancy to revamp and restructure their multiple systems.

Our Approach

We run a 3 weeks discovery workshop with Bridge stakeholders to understand the existing systems, workflows, and business model. 

This discovery was focused on understanding their business needs and mapping it out in a B2B system that is beneficial and efficient for them. 

Major work was around the user journey mapping and coming up with a solution that caters to all the steps of Order creation in one go.

SKGF - Sterne Kessler Goldstein & Fox is intellectual property specialty firm dedicated exclusively to the protection, transfer, and enforcement of IP rights of their clients.

SKGF mobile app works like a court docket which contains court cases along with the priority status and manages the court calendar. 

SKGF wanted to partner with a technology company that understands the business objectives and provides an optimal design for fixing the issues. Tkxel did extensive user research and worked on ensuring the user journey to be simple, a consistent solution was provided to the stakeholder so that dockets can be accessed on the web as well as a mobile interface.

PSAV – Global event production company helping event organizers to improve event experience, management, and tracking. PSAV’s dashboard serves the purpose of roster management and event management as it facilitates scheduling shifts, set-up roster timings, manage employee data, payrolls, attendance management, and expenses.
