Reveation Labs implemented an end-to-end automation solution that reimagined Close The Loop’s processing and testing workflows, modernized the underlying architecture, and added resilience and observability across the entire operation.

With the new automation and resilient architecture in place, Close The Loop transformed their recycling and reuse workflows from fragile and manual to stable, data-driven, and highly efficient.

The redesigned interactive testing application alone delivered a step-change in efficiency — cutting average testing time from 4–5 minutes down to 1–2 minutes per device, effectively enabling up to 2–3x more units to be tested in the same time window. Technicians now focus on true exceptions instead of routine, repetitive actions.

The removal of technical debt and introduction of system redundancy significantly reduced the impact of network and IT outages. Recovery times dropped, and production lines can now continue operating with minimal disruption, enabling more predictable throughput and service levels.

The addition of analytics and monitoring dashboards means Close The Loop can see, in real time, how systems, processes, and sustainability KPIs are performing. Overview

Initially, Our Ukraine-based client started the development of their new cloud-based website with WordPress. When their development was halfway, they had seen some of Jamstack’s use cases and were impressed with its changing things in a big way!, which motivated them from migrating from WordPress to Jamstack. Their first goal was the performance of the website which should be essential and this can be possible with WordPress to Jamstack conversion. They started looking for a team who can convert their already written WordPress codes to Jamstack swiftly and ultimately showed confidence in us.

Key Challenges

• Switch from WordPress to the Jamstack website might look simple, but the reality is different as it requires key expertise to face the challenges associated with it.
• Importing a pre-existing WordPress code to Gridsome, as PHP to javascript code conversion is not possible.
• WordPress code has lots of CSS which we don’t require. Removing unused CSS was a big challenge in terms of improving lighthouse performance.
• Implementation of Cookies policy law integrations as per GDPR was the biggest challenge as there was no backend in Jamstack. But team Reveation Labs managed to run it in a very smart way by accepting and declining user actions for GDPR.

WordPress site maintenance has concerns about security and vulnerabilities, The Jamstack is a significant shift.
