Rui Codex

Rui Codex is a software engineering company based in Tielt-Winge, Belgium, founded in 2026 by Selman Altinay, a software engineer with 12+ years of experience, 9 of them in C#/.NET. We build business software end to end and connect systems that don't talk to each other.

What we do:

• Custom software development: web applications, portals and REST APIs in C# / ASP.NET Core with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• ERP and e-commerce integration: real-time sync between webshops, marketplaces, accounting/ERP systems and carriers.
• Odoo implementation and customisation, as an independent development company (not an official Odoo partner).
• AI/LLM and n8n workflow automation: OpenAI, Azure AI and Claude API integrations that take repetitive steps out of a process.
• Mobile apps with Flutter for Android and iOS.

Delivered work includes a modular web ERP (purchasing, sales, export, finance, warehouse), real-time sync between marketplaces (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11) and Netsis accounting with automated e-invoices and e-waybills, a PrestaShop pipeline to accounting and four carriers, PLC/SCADA data collection for a machining facility, and EveryTranslate, our own AI translation SaaS. How we work: async-first and in writing (English, Turkish, basic Dutch), in short milestones with a working result at each step, for clients across Belgium and the EU. Work written into a client's own system (their Odoo, webshop or app) stays there as source code they can use and modify; Rui Codex's own products and reusable components are licensed for use, with a source-code buy-out available on request.
