Smooth Salesforce CRM integration with clear communication and improved lead tracking.

I collaborated with Sailwayz for Salesforce CRM integration to improve lead tracking and sales process visibility. Before this, our team managed leads through spreadsheets and email, which made follow-ups slow and reporting difficult. Sailwayz handled the entire setup including custom fields, automation rules, dashboards, and user roles. They also integrated the CRM with our existing lead forms and marketing tools, which helped us connect sales and marketing workflows.

Communication was consistent, timelines were followed, and they explained technical steps in a simple and practical manner. After implementation, we were able to track lead sources, monitor conversion stages, assign tasks to sales reps, and generate useful reports. Overall, it reduced manual work and improved visibility across the funnel.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The only minor challenge was that some customization discussions took a bit longer due to clarifications from our end, but nothing major. Overall, the experience was positive and the final results matched expectations.
