SeeResponse is our go to partner for all things marketing

We were looking for a partner to help us build a custom contact list to support our client's outbound marketing efforts. This project was challenging as the client needed contacts with specific titles, from specific industries, and from companies with a certain range of revenue. Hence, we needed to find the right partner who could deliver this at scale within aggressive timelines and within our budget.

After speaking to and considering seven different vendors, we shortlisted SeeResponse. They were the only company that committed to meeting our requirements and clearly demonstrated their capabilities. They accommodated all our requests related to sample contacts, header field additions, and more.

Describe your project in brief

We were looking for a partner to help us build a custom contact list to support our client's outbound marketing efforts. We needed a minimum 85% deliverability rate for contacts delivered, 20,000 contacts delivered within two weeks, and all contacts needed to match the set criteria 100%. All contacts also needed to be backed with data for all pre-decided hears.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They deliver high quality throughput. The quality of their deliverables was way better than any other marketing agency we have used.

Ownership and timelines - this is very important for us and they always own things and get them done in a timely manner. No follow ups are needed.

The owners get involved themselves. They have a strong marketing background and they are able to provide so many valuate inputs.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Their accurate, timely and detailed oriented work offsets this factor but they are not the cheapest out there.
