Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company?
We are the nation's hottest startup mobile app marketing agency. We've helped launch a variety of mobile apps from their inception. We can attribute a lot of our success to our affordable pricing and agile process, which has made us capable of attributing more of the client's budget to growth. We are always willing to adapt to the market and are always at the forefront of the app marketing scene.
I’m the Founder/CEO and am responsible for our growth.
Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the Digital Marketing Strategy for a client.
Mobile apps are all unique to a specific category. What works for a dating app will not be effective for a game, and vice versa. It's important to understand the estimated user acquisition cost, critical mass, ARPU, and geographic constraints of an app before proceeding with a strategy.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
For one, we are not a digital marketing agency, we’re a mobile app marketing agency. The process, while similar, has a unique twist on almost every medium involved.
Furthermore, we emphasize a focus on assisting startups. We do not aim to “milk” high-value clients, but rather to take an MVP style product, and build a minimum viable user base at the tightest budget possible.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Our industry is largely b2c/DTC mobile apps. Customers typically run the lifespan of 3-6 months, in which we prove whether the app is viable or not. After which, and if it is viable, we provide data on long term growth and move forward with a long term partnership with the client.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
- ASO
- Influencer Marketing
- Mobile App UA digital ad campaigns
- App Analytics
What do you find to be some of the most key factors for running a successful agency in the field of Digital Marketing?
Focus on the client's success, yours will come in time as you build a reputation of providing a great and honest service.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a project?
CPI, scope, and goals. Some apps just want to prove the concept, others want to go for gold. There’s also the niche: gig economy apps are so expensive even if you’re just trying to build a minimum active user base.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
Monthly retainer + 10% ad spend.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
$10k-$100k, it's usually around 30-50.
Name a couple of activities that you think provide the best ROI in terms of benefit/impact when it comes to different areas of Digital Marketing.
Digital advertising on Google is always a cornerstone of any campaign, especially if you are ROI focused. That being said, things like ASO/SEO, social influencers, and social media ads are all great supplements.
