ServReality

Following the guidelines outlined in the game design document I furnished, ServRelity crafted the essential art assets and game screens to illustrate the game's potential for success and its overall scope. They responded patiently and thoroughly to our inquiries, and after receiving the initial prototype, we requested a few modifications.

The measurable results included the smooth launch of a game that satisfied our requirements for functionality and design.

When we embarked on the journey to create our game, it marked a new venture in an unfamiliar industry for us. To bring our vision to life, we made the strategic decision to collaborate with ServReality Games. Our expectations were centered around achieving a distinctive and unique design, and we're pleased to acknowledge that ServReality Games not only understood but also exceeded all our requirements and aspirations.

After a discovery process in which we discussed the features we wanted, The ServReality put together a comprehensive proposal. Following that, we discussed the design and the final product's aesthetic before moving on to the project's various stages. The game was made from the ground up. The project manager was incredible and was there for us the entire time. He always attended every meeting and ensured we were involved in the process. He scheduled everything and always checked to make sure we understood what was happening; even when we missed meetings on our end, he was patient.

Our application was effectively secured by ServReality, resulting in a significant return on investment. They searched for a solution outside of technology and used the most recent programming language. They kept the us informed and were outstanding Zoom communicators. Their knowledge was exceptional. We created a unique training room for the apps and completely integrated them with ServReality's assistance. They use the applications not only for recruitment but also for training. Their team was able to add high-quality features quickly despite the project's broad scope.

They created the core of the game and the tools for its realization during the production phase. They also worked on this game in the post-production phase. They get along well and communicate frequently. In my opinion, the SerReality Games team is made up of outstanding communicators, which has proven to be really effective!

ServReality assisted with the creation of an iOS and Android mobile application, and they also provided IoT support. We had to use a Chinese API for this project, and they were in charge of obtaining the API and incorporating it into the development

During this step, I appreciated ServReality asking questions and diving into what was important to us as a company beyond the brief we were able to give them. Next, they presented us with a series of WordPress themes to begin the website, as well as branding choices around colors and fonts. Once the selections were made, they created tons of mockups for us to review and revise until we settled on something that we all liked.

This game not only represents our brand values, but it also helps us educate a demographic we don't always have influence over.Design Skills: ServReality excels in artwork and animation. Team Flexibility: The ServReality team is very flexible with regards to meeting schedules, jumping in and out for quick last minute calls.

They explore, identify, and implement all possible ways to make games developed by ServReality monetize at the maximum level. They create and set up in-app-purchase bundles, integrate various ad networks, set up reward ads, etc., and iterate based on analytics data, to increase the revenue from all possible sources.

They came up with the concept for the game and create g a detailed design document which includes defining the game mechanics, storyline, characters, game world, and overall look and feel of the game.

They worked on designing, developing and producing a game which involves multiple steps, such as concept development, game mechanics design, asset creation, programming, testing, and release. The goal is to create an engaging and entertaining experience for players. They did well in overseeing the development process, coordinating between different teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that the project stays on track.

They ensure that the game is developed on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Working with them has been so great and we have never regret working with them.

Our overall experience with ServReality has been flawless. These folks truly know their niche inside and out. We knew that we had to get better in terms of software development and App upgrading and we wanted to have a expert team on our side. ServReality are so good when it comes to managing projects, coordinating with team members, and meeting project deadlines.
