IperBimbo needed to upgrade its existing online store to keep up with growing demand and changing customer expectations. At Knya, we specialize in premium products like scrubs, lab coats, and stethoscopes for healthcare professionals. Partnering with Seventh Triangle allowed us to break new ground in the eCommerce space. They developed a highly transactional Shopify website tailored to our needs. A key challenge was introducing embroidery customization, where customers could add names, designations, and logos to products. Seventh Triangle built an interactive module with real-time previews, font and color selectors, and smart backend logic to capture and export embroidery data seamlessly via PDF. Next, they implemented engraving functionality for our stethoscopes enabling text customization and easy backend exports via Excel. Another complex challenge was simplifying in-store ordering. Previously, our agents used draft orders with manual notes, often causing confusion. Seventh Triangle solved this by building a custom module, allowing retail agents to log in, add items to cart, and place orders.

We partnered with Seventh Triangle in April 2019 to redesign and develop our website from scratch. Their team handled the entire process — from UI/UX design to end-to-end development — with a focus on user experience, responsiveness, and performance. The new website went live in July 2019. Since the launch, we’ve continued working with them for website maintenance and custom feature development and are happy with ther support.
