We crafted a brand-new, simple, modern, user-centred experience for Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik’s corporate website.

We started our journey keeping the main objectives in mind; to offer the products & services in a clear and easily-understandable manner in both context and provided value, and enable users to effectuate purchases and related activities in policy & investment products easily through online branches. We paved the way to a better user experience by producing deliverables such as UXAAR, UX strategy roadmap, user stories, user journey map, content maps, brand voice design, and user interface design during this process. Having designed the flow and architecture of this invaluable & informative project which enabled selling of private pension products online for the first time in Turkey, we are proud to crown this process with the Bronze Stevie Award in 2019.

In collaboration with Arçelik, we designed an end-to-end smart home experience for the next-generation of HomeWhiz that is enriched with new features and now connected to even more IoT devices.

Smart home technologies platform HomeWhiz, which is in use in more than 100 countries, completely redesigned to provide a privileged home life experience through a brand new user interface, coherent with its new feature set and device mix. We have united with the Arçelik user experience design team and incorporated more than 20 smart devices and sensors into the HomeWhiz ecosystem during the 21-month project. The approach of a holistic experience that enriches home life in many layers, from security to heating, cleaning to cooking, became the centre of gravity of our project.

Beko introduced Vega Oven to transform cooking into a wonderful experience and we’ve designed a simple & customizable user interface for you to enjoy this technology. Everything will be under your control in the kitchen now.

Thanks to mobile technologies almost everything is at our doorstep now, so why shouldn't cooking be a part of this experience? We had already given an answer to this rhetoric question at the beginning of our user interface design process for Beko Vega Oven.

While enabling the users to utilize the product’s outstanding features to their full extent, we wanted to keep them in the range of daily UX practices. Our aim was to craft a rich, detailed but also familiar experience. So we rolled up our sleeves to give the users just what they need.

We’ve created a clear, consistent brand voice providing accurate guidance across all the touchpoints for Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik that offers individual pension and life insurance services.

All experience design practices have a primary goal in common: providing clarity and usability for the end-user. This goal entails designing a brand voice that establishes clear, consistent and concise communication for all users across all the touchpoints.

Established in 1990 as the first life insurance company of Turkey, Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik has generated Turkey's largest funds in the aggregate of life insurance and private pension system. Our paths have crossed when seeking excellence in customer experience, where we agreed to start by defining a brand personality to lay out a strong foundation for building a consistent and sustainable brand voice.

One of the fundamental issues we've encountered when reimagining the digital presence of Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik were the deviations introduced to the brand voice, growing with the number of added touchpoints. Besides the digital assets like e-mail communications, the web site and the online branch, there are several physical touchpoints such as the call centre, agencies, İşBank branches and various printed documents. This variety of medium and context gave prominence to challenges not only harmful in terms of user experience but also translated into difficulties in content creation and management. All stakeholders agreed that to achieve excellence in customer experience, standards for a consistent brand voice and tone had to be established.

As a result of the data analysis and optimization practices implemented with Turkey's first digital bank, we have achieved a significant increase in conversion rates.Banking is one of the fastest digitally transforming industries in the world. With its innovative philosophy also the convenience and advantages in the online banking operations, CEPTETEB, the next generation digital bank, is a pioneer of digital transformation in Turkey. Together with the CEPTETEB team, which aim to increase conversion rates by providing a better digital banking experience to its users, we successfully finalized the optimization process of the application flows by focusing on analytics data, with a great increase in conversion rates.

In order to optimize all application processes, especially the New Customer Application, we first started by identifying the current and potential pain points of users with the support of analytics data.

We have developed hypotheses to optimize the pain-points leading users to exit from the application process. Within the scope of these hypotheses, we started working on conversion optimization practices and made small-scale changes in the user flows to accomplish our goals.

The user-oriented website we designed for Eureko Sigorta, turns insurance into an easy and understandable experience for everyone.

Who says insurance is hard? Probably everyone. According to many, the world of insurance consists of complex terms, incomprehensible concepts, and processes known only to experts. So why can’t everything, for everyone, be simpler, easier to understand? Of course, it's possible.

Eureko Sigorta, the representative of Achmea -one of the world’s major insurance associates- in Turkey, is the leader of bancassurance in the industry. In the project kick-off meeting, Eureko Sigorta, aiming to enrich the existing customer base and provide a better user experience to their customers with different needs, informed us about recreating their website and online branch experiences as a way to break down the conventional insurance perception in people's minds and to construct an understanding that will extend from the present to the future.

Albert Einstein says: "It is harder to crack a prejudice than an atom." With the difficulty and importance of this task on our mind; designing a unique and innovative experience to re-establish the rules in the world of insurance, we focused on users and started working.

The design process that we started with Sportive, from user definitions to product categorization and a brand new interface, successfully ended with achieving key project goals such as increasing the mobile conversion rates, the shopping cart conversion rates, and the share of season products in total sales.

Sportive, Turkey's leading sporting goods retailer, also a supplier of many sports clubs from different branches; presents the world-famous sports brands to their customers in 36 retail stores in 11 cities also in their online store. The Sportive team, which we started to work on in the renewal process of the online store of the brand, first asked us to analyze their desktop website’s interface design in terms of user experience and then re-evaluate them from scratch according to the obtained information and the visual brand identity of Sportive.

We started with user research to better understand and verify brand's business goals and customer profile, then we optimized the product categorization and the website navigation, finally we designed the brand new user interface. In the 6 month period over the publication of the new interface; the project goals, mobile e-commerce conversion rates increased by 20%, the shopping cart conversion rates increased by 120%, while mobile revenues increased by 55% compared to the data of the same period of the past year.

We designed an innovative and functional service experience for MOOV by Garenta.

It's no longer a dream to rent and start driving the car you want, whenever you want, and as much as you want. Garenta is the company established with the experience and assurance of Anadolu Group to provide world-class service; which has an innovative vision and specializes in short-term car rentals. Garenta's brand new product MOOV by Garenta allows users within the specified zones, to rent the car they wanted, whenever they wanted for any duration they wanted:

When requested by the smartphone application, the valet delivers the requested vehicle to the specified location; the driver leaves the vehicle to any location they wanted after use and only pays for the usage duration.

These processes can operate effectively, thanks to the cars equipped with telematics technology — which is becoming increasingly widespread all over the world — enabling the acquisition and transfer of the live vehicle data to the services.
