The team developed personalized product recommendation algorithms, implementing AI-driven inventory management, and automating order processing. Key deliverables included: admin panel powered by Silicon IT Hub personalized recommendation features robust inventory and order management system. Silicon IT Hub already had several essential modules that were ready to use such as customizable dashboard, product creation, payments processing, even team management tools. The platform is AI-driven, so it can be customized through the AI chat using natural language. This solution appeared to be convenient and less resource-intensive.

After working with Devang and Silicon IT Hub team our internal team has seen a dramatic change in the efficiency and ease of working in the system. Our system downtime has decreased by 80%. Their response time to issues is immediate as well as the progress on enhancements has been substantial.

SiliconIT deserves an Outstanding Review !!! I (and my team) worked with SiliconIT for creating the Android/iOS version of app "KBS 2019". Right from the first interaction we had with SiliconIT to all way till the work completion, everything was superb. For most part of our 4 months of interaction with SiliconIT, Mr. Jaymin Gajjar was our SPOC (Single point of contact). It started with a formal meeting to discuss our requirement from non-technical and technical standpoint. SiliconIT broke down the entire requirements in to small task called milestones with a stipulated timeline for completion of each task. Full Agile !! We had regular meetings every week as well as daily updates as needed through out. Jaymin is a thorough professional who understood our requirement at all stage and converted it into an actionable ask. He is no less than a fire fighter who knows what exactly is needed for a given moment and how to unblock by addressing unforeseen obstacles. SiliconIT folks helped not only in App Development but also all related technological challenges that come along with the App Development. Once the App was released to production, we received prompt, timely and precise technical support all along. On Costing front, SiliconIT had been flexible, supportive and accommodative to our requirement as we were developing the App for a non-profit purpose.
