This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I should have done more due diligence. I engaged with this firm in mid January and paid for their services then. I was quoted a week for the out of the box solution, which is what I wanted. A month or so later, shotty communication nothing. I get a call from their "CEO" over a week ago telling me the person who I dealt with was fired for incompetence and asked if I'd give them one more week and he guaranteed me it would be delivered and he'd be working on it himself. Still nothing. They have not been active on WhatsApp in a week, they aren't responding to calls or emails or chats, I've even tried reaching out to them on all of their social media sites LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and not a word. In doing more digging there are dozens of claims of fraud from this firm. I contacted payment at Wise, and was told they will assist should I file a police report. I will be doing so by the end of this week if I don't hear back.

This company is not a good fit for good business, I worked with them for 3 months. Before they got my money, they were friendly and ready to answer any questions at all about the products or solutions they provide. Even installed the website before I paid. But immediately they got my money, any questions I asked become inconvenience to them, not willing to complete the project correctly. Any questions asked will turned to them throwing abusive word at me with lots of threats that they will stop working on my project which I paid them for. Is there any sin or offense in asking questions about what i don't understand about the solution they sold to me? Does asking questions supposed to bring threats and abusive words at me? Simply the way to identify scammers and hackers. When I was bidding for the product, they told me that the one I'm bidding for is the highest and complete, but later they removed several things which they refer as addon and asked me to pay up to $3000 to get them.
