During the first week, they worked almost 24/7 as they really wanted to understand our product’s functionalities and what they needed to do with it. We collaborated through Microsoft Teams, and we showed them through screen sharing how our software worked. We broke down the steps that we were using, and we detailed how we expect the tool to run. We provided them with a test and a live environment every two weeks. They rolled out their changes there, and we tested their work. Once we agreed on details, they put their improvements into the production environment. We would then get feedback from our users and pass that to slash software. They would implement changes if needed.
